@@KITS_Auto_and_Truck_Repair at 27:00 as you unwrap the new cooler, if you look at it, on the right side has a small dent, looks like from being hit or dropped. The cooler not the box

Good video and can be used to help with replacing the aircon condenser too. Only thing I can add is I found unclipping the grille to be easier using a screwdriver from the front and prizing clips away from metal surround then grill in two stages.

@patkelly9907 it should be on the crankcase breather tube on the inlet Duct!!
@@KITS_Auto_and_Truck_Repair Thank you No all it has is the rubber diafram with a spring there is no service able filter The older model had 4 screw to give you access to the replaceable filter

I'm getting a P0101 CODE. MAF sensor range. I replaced the MAF. Didn't fix the issue. Anyone know if this charge cooler or charge cooler hose could cause this P0101 MAF sensor code?

27:08 would not this have been a good time to clean these grills off the AC condenser, coolant radiator, etc. ? All that dirt has to restrict the cooling of all those.

Greetings. Let me ask you a question. I have an ncv3 Sprinter with engine knock. And I also have an Ml320 OM642 engine sitting there. Do you think I can use that ML320 engine on the Sprinter and transfer the right Camshaft, the left intake, the oil pan, and the Harmonic balancer from the Sprinter to the ML320 to install that engine on the Sprinter?

If replacing the water pump at the same time as the rad and cooler is it necessary to tk the bumper down?
@DougMead-q1z NO! if you are just replacing the water pump you don't need to remove the bumper
@@KITS_Auto_and_Truck_Repair Im replacing the Rad, water pump and intercooler at the same time. Having an issue getting the rad separated from the a/c. Lower rad hose not co-operating either. Lol
hallo my friend i want yor help i have a hyundai tucson 2009 2.000cc and maf sensor reading at 2500 rpm 7gr/sec .I know that the maf at 2500 rpm should count from 15 to 25 gr/s .fuel trims is ok at wot vol efficiensy is 90%.the mαf passes all the tests. there is no blocked air filter. should I change the sensor or not. what else can it measure low at 2500 rpm? clogged exhaust?wrong timing ?I also found the idle throttle at 5.4%. I know that in hyundai it is 0%. Do you have access to a manual to tell me what % the throttle should be at idle?
DIMISRAMBO DIMISRAMBO it sounds like you might have a blockage in the exhaust system! check your exaust back pressure, and consider a timing issue as well!
@@KITS_Auto_and_Truck_Repair it is vvt, it has a strap in front and a chain in the back. in the back of the chain it has the vvt system ,solenoid is ok oil is ok mybee vvt gear no responce i see next 2 days in live data ....thanks my friend for your help WITH YOUR VIDEOS ON THE MERCEDES DIESEL TRUCK YOU ARE THE REASON I STARTED TO MAKE TURBO DIESEL.....THANKS AGAIN
