Calories shouldn't be planned whether you're working or not but according to you're goal. If you're trying to lose fat, just be in a 250-300 max deficit. You're good to go. Even if you're not working out, you're body burns calories but not like the day you workout.
Okay,I'll help you with your sleep schedule. Now being in lockdown ,is the most stressful thing that leads to late night binge, more food intake etc.One thing that helped me to get back to the right sleep schedule was pushing myself to sleep late.For example, after a late night, instead off sleeping at 9am or something, I would keep pushing myself to sleep at 2pm or 3pm.After a few days of pushing, you'll start sleeping at 6,7,9pm or 11 pm .Then you'll be back to your routine of sleeping early.
*Question of the day* Does burning calories also burns the macros ??? For ex: 4 egg has 26g protein and around 300 cals if i go for an hour walk ,,,will burn the protein of the food which i had??

You are suffering from improper sleep cycle as I used to do while I was addicted to coffee. So i would suggest you to limit your caffeine (coffee) intake to only half a cup and take it always before 2 PM. It will definitely help you I am sure.

Mujhe bhe yahi need na aane ke problem the, I changedn two thing and it worked for me, you can also give it a try shut all screens mobile, laptop etc, read something for 15 to 20 mins. Then 10 sets of 12 to 15 pushups each. then bath, and sleep tight ✌
Brother I myself am suffering from distorted sleep cycle i usually sleep from 7am-3pm after i comeback home from running, but i have found a way to tackle it, just skip one days sleep and sleep the mext day at 9 or 10 p.m.

Okay,I'll help you with your sleep schedule.
