Wow, this was so interesting and really well done! I have a question for those of you who are experienced with looping and have tried a variety of devices. What would you recommend looking into in 2024? I'm considering something like the **TC Helicon VoiceLive 3 Extreme** or maybe the one used here in this video. I enjoy both looping and altering my voice, and I’d like to use it for singing, sound creation, and voice acting. I’ve tried Logic Pro, but working with a screen doesn't appeal to me as much. I’m more drawn to physical buttons and a more intuitive, hands-on approach to controlling sound. Since I’m still a beginner, I’d love to hear your thoughts on what’s worth checking out in 2024. Thanks in advance for the advice!
Hi! Although both devices have options for looping and vocal effects, I'd say TC Helicon is better and has a lot more options for vocal effects while Boss RC505 is a lot better for detailed looping, so think about what your priority is at the moment! You will be able to do both with both but what aspect is more important for your performance to be spot on.
@@nefurmusic I see!.. thanks.. that does make a difference in choice.. does the one you use have reverb and harmony and so on just and you must modify this manually instead of it being automatic as in the TC acoustic that seems to measure the acoustic room ambience or something if I am not wrong?? or how does it work with yours when you set the sound quality? There is something cool about looping... but I am not ready to hit the street yet.. need to make a library of songs to memorise first and learn either one or the other of how it works once i buy one... so fo now I will stay at home with one of these learning as much as I can while memorising a collection of songs.. thanks for getting back!
@@SimplicityForGood as you tag says, I would choose the one that feels more intuitive and easy to use to you, simplicity for good :). At the moment I have both of them and have usde them for different projects depending on what the focus is or what the project needs. If you are starting, choose what's easier to get you out there singing. What we don't want is to get something complicated that discourages you or that takes too long to learn and so you end up discouraged in the end as well. If I tell you how I started, I bought TC Helicon first, and then sold it after a few weeks because I realised that what I needed was more intuitive looping, and bought a super simple looper RC202, which I used for 3 years in the street looping only with my voice with a lot of success. 3 years later I got the RC505, the one I use in this video. The point is, I recommend you to use what is more effective for you to START doing what you want to do and feel ready as soon as possible. You will keep learning as you do it. Since we are here, I thought of mentioning that I am launching a 4 month course on ACTIVATING your CREATIVE POWER, starting on September, for you to be super confident in yourself to put yourself out there and feel supported and encouraged. It includes Astrology, Empowering Sound Journeys, Vocal masterclasses and more... let me know if you are interested in this. Lots of love.
@@nefurmusic thanks a lot! Ok, how cool, I had no idea you are teaching as well, but can see now as you are very supportive to stay simple and get STARTED, thanks
Awesome Job! You are awesome! Love your voice! Just subscribed so i can see more! & When you get the chance I'd like you to check out our original song "Away From You" on our channel!
Great ideas...but also IMHO, lots of dissonance in your low "bass" lines/FX. Makes the whole thing Off Key! If you fix that major problem you will sound much better.
Це дуже круто! Я слухаю по колу))) дуже гарно)
