I caught a Great White last night. Wasn’t even trying. I didn’t even see a fin. The shadow wasn’t even that big. I was shocked I caught it so quickly and easily.
Is it easier to catch repeats of a fish when you first catch it? I caught a few coelacanths in a row after catching the first one, but I can't catch the Giant Trevally. Isn't just me or does it seem like when a extremely rare fish spawns naturally, that same size of fish will not appear until it is caught (Once I was seeing a lot of size 2 fish, and I was annoyed. Then none were there except for one which happened to be a barrel eye)?
I think so. When I first caught a golden trout I started to get them more often even though I had spent two days before trying to catch it with no luck. The day after, I got three of them without bait. So yeah I think fish become more common after you catch them. It's a strange phenomenon to be honest.

Do you know the best way to tell if you reeled a Suckerfish or a Shark? Just listen to the splash as you reel. If it isn't a loud one, it's a Sucker. If it's very loud (like if you're fishing for a big fish) it will be a Shark.

I'm having problems catching most of the fish. I see the fin and try to catch it but as soon as the bobber goes down the fish takes off and the fish goes bye bye. I have lost more fish today then the whole time that I have been playing this game. It doesn't matter if it is the sea, pond or river it's the same thing. I have no problem catching Sea bass, horse mackerels, carp or black bass! It's really starting to piss me off!

I’ve noticed there is a medium selection in the southern hemisphere but a larger selection in the northern hemisphere I’ve noticed well let means that I have to go visit people in the northern hemisphere to catch certain fish and bugs I’m actually after a blue marlin and I’m also after tuna and also arophima
Ugh the last creature I need this month is the tiger prawn, I just cannot find that thing for the life of me, pretty sure I got every other available diving creature for June besides the prawn, it seems like this thing is supposed to be uncommon based on the selling price, but it’s ultra rare to me. Hopefully I can find it this month so I don’t have to worry about it next month, because in July there’s tons of other creatures to obtain.

Yesterday I caught three different Sharks (Great white, hammerhead, and Tiger Shark) as well as an eel called a ribbon eel it was so strange looking but I didn’t realize it was shark season.
I belong to an ACNH group on FB. 2 people have said that the color of their airports changed with summer. Has anyone else heard of this happening? Could it be a glitch? I’m hoping it’s true since the airport determines the colors of certain items and I’m wanting certain items in different colors.
Thank you for last months' guide. I saw little reason to fish in the rivers because of so many cheap fish. Somehow, I found that guide with less than a week left. As a traditional player, I would have missed out on the golden trout. Please subscribe people, I just did.
You must have met Harv already to start the June wedding event. To meet Harv, you must have completed the 3 plots of houses (to increase your island to 5 villagers) from Tom Nook. Make sure to fly over to Harv's island to read through the tutorial first (not sure if this is necessary). The next time you go to Harv's island, you would get the wedding event! Not sure on the hemisphere
Not sure if just me or anyone else but for the "Good ones" to catch like Sharks, Oarfish, etc. the ones more rare it seems to me the REACTION time to hit the A button seems to be reduced because I feel I am consistent on my reaction time when I hear the BLOOP but I seem to MISS most of the good ones and they get away and it makes me soooooo mad!!! However, I seem to NEVER miss a BASS. I rarely miss the common ones but it sure feels as if the CATCH window time is reduced for the rare ones. Anyone else have this same issue?

I found an island that was giving me a ton of finned fish, I must’ve caught like 12 great whites along with hammerheads and stuff. Yet I can’t find a whale shark at all....
The whale shark is available all day , all the other sharks from 4pm - 9am , so you should fish before 4pm so if you see a finned shadow it will 100% be a whale shark
Yesterday June 1st I got 3 sharks in about 20 min or so....Now after hours only the boring fish I got the last weeks....Yesterday i was so excited but now that is gone....
It is so funny because last night, I was just cleaning my beach and saw a fin on one of the fish. I caught a hammerhead first and I was like nice. Then saw another shark and went to give it to the Museum (which I placed near the beach). Went out again and went fishing and caught the other remaining sharks 🙈 THEN, went to fish at the rivers because I saw this HUGE shadow and I was like... maybe this is something new and then BAM! ARAPAIMA!

I empty my pockets and have 3-6 fishing rods same with nets if catching bugs and do it that way
