That is exactly my estimation. How distressing for the families? There should be a compartment to compartment communication via computerized audio systems to avert such accidents. Trains should be examined on mechanisms and systems on a regular basis. Would generate employment avert major accidents and save on compensation and emergency medical stress. Human life is valuable.
