2nd Battalion The Duke of Lancaster's Regiment (2 LANCS) Battlegroup operational tour in Afghanistan during Op HERRICK 18 in 2013. 2 LANCS Battlegroup was the last British Army unit to serve in Forward Operating Base Shawqat and Patrol Base Folad prior to their closure toward the end of Op HERRICK 18. I seen his face it flooded with memory's 1:27 is a legend and and warrior on a whole other level.. god bless them all Nec Aspera Terrant. we will always remember more then ever. probably the biggest mistake ever walking away. all praise to God for the spirit of man is lion when his flock is danger. selflessly they go. nothing but dedication.
