Pile 2 ... I left my job as a blackjack dealer over 3 years ago... Due to health issues coupled with an extremely toxic work environment. I tried starting my own business but ran into some difficulties and delays... Lots of saturn energy....so i went back to table games hoping to give them another chance ...they said at orientation that morale had increased 3% in the last 3 years. Welp... Theyre still toxic... A couple female bosses were haters... Picking me apart ... My clothes apart... To the point that one of them put hands on me and pinched my shoulders pulling on my clothes aggressively bc my sweater slid off my shoulder and exposed a bit of skin. She threatened to choke me if i ever wore it again and when i asked her why she put hands in me...she was so taken back by me calling her out ... She started threatening to be a " bigger b*#! If i wanted" so i ruminated for a couple weeks and told myself if there was one more offense, id leave.... Well one of the other women didnt like my new work pants. She told me i could continue wearing them if i used double sided tape on the pocket. So i did then she wrote me up and lied saying that she told me i couldnt wear them ever again... It was a trap... So i left....i called my mane table games manager and wasnt gonna tell him exactly why i was leaving but he encouraged me to so i did and he said he was going to have to address matters with my other boss and asked if id ever be willing to come back in the future.... I told him probably not unless things really change.... So now im home trying to release my fear of taking the real estate classes that i had plans to take months ago... Im having a real difficult time focusing and retaining ....
