I think someone should FOIA a few weeks of this Tyrant’s body cam footage to see how regularly he violates people’s constitutional rights. Needs to be criminally charged.
The mayor is implicated in the false arrest, since he has authority over the cop and watched the whole thing happened. They both need to be charged, convicted, and imprisoned. Of course, you do require a halfway decent DA.
Every police department should be federally mandated to have a prosecutor that does nothing but charge police with crime. It must be a civilian, and it must be someone voted in by the community. This bulshit would stop almost immedietly once a few people started going to prison like they should.
The only real way to stop it would be to put hands on the money. If they had to carry misconduct insurance and payouts are tied to the pension funds. Like Magic, that 'Good Cop", we have been hearing about, would finally show up. Hard to get them to go to prison when the DA and IA all work with them.
Exactly. This is why it will never be the case. Why not get at the root of the problem - the myth of authority. The problem is, that is only the belief of nearly 99.9% of the people out there.
Sue the cop, the department, the city but most of all the mayor for being complicit in this arrest. Abolishing Qualified Immunity is the only way to get honesty within policing.
And here we have UNLAWFUL actions by government workers!!! This Gassaway is now in BIG TROUBLE!!! So looking forward to this lawsuit! BANKRUPT THIS PLACE!!! We are ALL behind you!!!
Time to jail the cops for violating our rights and the mayor does absolutel nothing but sit back and smirk while he directs traffic around the crime scene. disgusting despicable and downright illegal . that Mayor needs to be voted out of office now .
The way that policeman says "you're detained" is what you expect to see as a 7 year old that said his first cuss word on front of an adult, not as a grown ass man.
The jails wouldn’t hold citizens that cuss publicly in a day! Cussing what! And a Mayor stand their and watch a citizen being arrested. Interfering is a physical act. Cussing in public isn’t disorderly conduct now certain speech is not a allowed in America. This mayor needs to be recalled and the officer fired. This man never threatened anyone.
If Americans had a social media platform to add and manage a Tyrant list. Then if these individuals were subject to street justice like a random blanket party being beaten with soap in a sock I bet the cowards would resign on their own accord.
Would that be wait for the Govrtnment's tank to squash you? Or the group of your neighbours who support the establishment to remove you with extreme prejudice? Or was it something else equally safe from Helicopter zgun Dhips?
This is way Qualified Immunity needs to be removed from Police. They need to be held accountable for their actions. Camera and Audio need to be on and a Law needs to be Passed and Inforced that they remain on at all times. As well as being worn by all Law Enforcement Agencies. All Settlements need to be paid from Officers Pinion Fund and not Taxpayers Money.
All the American police would be in jail, at least bt the videos i see of them in the net 😅 That kind of language from police wouldnt fly here in these parts, in Europe, youre supposed to act professionally.
They will never prosecute cops that purposefully deny your rights. Never. I also find fault for the lack of specific instruction where the Constitution is a virtual sidenote to all the other areas of law taught in these Academy's. Pathetic.
He detains a man without arrest. Cops are trained, if that training is not sufficient, then they need to demand more! But when they break the law, the consequences need to be more as they carry a gun and the authority to arrest and imprison! When an out of control cop acts like this we know he has assaulted people before and broken the law many, many times!
Listen very closely starting at 5:45...James made a very valid point, but the issue is finding a US attorney with a backbone willing to prosecute a cop for blatantly violating a citizen's rights.
Wish I knew my rights when I was younger, the police department in my hometown would give out disorderly conduct tickets all the time for swearing and prowling tickets if you just out and about. I also agree, when qualified immunity is in place its a double edged sword. The person who has their rights violated gets paid, but at the cost of the tax payers while the officer sits back not losing a penny. They need to be charged criminally and the money that gets paid out should come from the police retirement funds.
Not retirement funds in general. The specific cop that violates rights retirement fund. Victims should get a percentage of that for the rest of their lives.
@@richardbutkisI think that 50% of the lawsuit MINIMUM should come out of the cop's assets. Another 25% should specifically come out of his pension, and the last 25% should come out of the fund in general.

Definitely if cops went to prison for breaking laws they’d definitely learn the law
Most wouldn't become cops if they weren't allowed to break the law. It's one of the perks that come with the job.
@@chriscald9426 Good, they can work at Walmart then. That's where majority of those who became "cops" should be working anyways.
He hurt his ego and the cop proved his point. Feelings enforcement.
Put him in prison, and tell all the inmates he is a former cop.
Most COPS need to go to jail.
I think someone should FOIA a few weeks of this Tyrant’s body cam footage to see how regularly he violates people’s constitutional rights. Needs to be criminally charged.
You actually think he turns that thing on?
LET'S HAVE THIS FOIA AUDIT FOR PUBLIC JUSTICES.
Or how often officers cuss on their body cam recording.
That's a good Idea.
"What am I being detained for?"
Cop: "For the moment."
😂😂😂😂😂

Don't do moments, drugs.
@TheTheSssupermario 😂Reading that was like a mini drug trip 😅
"Abolish qualified immunity" One step at a time, prosecution comes next.
The mayor is implicated in the false arrest, since he has authority over the cop and watched the whole thing happened. They both need to be charged, convicted, and imprisoned. Of course, you do require a halfway decent DA.
This cop obviously has emotional issues and is not fit to have a badge, gun or anything related to law enforcement. This could be ANYWHERE in the USA.
You’re right. The lack of accountability perpetuates criminal cops.
Every police department should be federally mandated to have a prosecutor that does nothing but charge police with crime. It must be a civilian, and it must be someone voted in by the community.
This bulshit would stop almost immedietly once a few people started going to prison like they should.
The police unions would quickly have their people elected as has been proven repeatedly in elections for civilian oversight boards.
Really? You want to bring in corrupt federal employees?.......GFYS
The only real way to stop it would be to put hands on the money. If they had to carry misconduct insurance and payouts are tied to the pension funds. Like Magic, that 'Good Cop", we have been hearing about, would finally show up.
Hard to get them to go to prison when the DA and IA all work with them.
@@saddletramp1860 nothing a little tarring and feathering would fix. We get closer to that every year it seems lol
Then the money flow, then the continued corruption. It's ppls morals not they're training. The money and power.
But if cops were held accountable by their criminal bosses it would be more difficult to perpetuate slavery.
Exactly. This is why it will never be the case. Why not get at the root of the problem - the myth of authority. The problem is, that is only the belief of nearly 99.9% of the people out there.
What are you talking about? The bosses are pushing this!
And what country that still has slavery are you typing about?
@@mainid2490A better question is where in the world is there a place people are NOT slaves to one degree or another?
@@mainid2490 I’m talking about every country that has government by force.
Its getting more obvious that it's now getting to be more legal for the police to break the law.
It seems like the government forgot we USED to require cops attend law school to become full patrol officers.
Pig : You're not gonna cuss and hurt my feelings 😭

Sue the cop, the department, the city but most of all the mayor for being complicit in this arrest. Abolishing Qualified Immunity is the only way to get honesty within policing.

And here we have UNLAWFUL actions by government workers!!! This Gassaway is now in BIG TROUBLE!!! So looking forward to this lawsuit! BANKRUPT THIS PLACE!!! We are ALL behind you!!!
Thank you! My goodness, why doesn't anyone make the federal courts enforce this law?
Time to jail the cops for violating our rights and the mayor does absolutel nothing but sit back and smirk while he directs traffic around the crime scene. disgusting despicable and downright illegal . that Mayor needs to be voted out of office now .
The way that policeman says "you're detained" is what you expect to see as a 7 year old that said his first cuss word on front of an adult, not as a grown ass man.
*FUCK.* _FUCK._
The 1st amendment is not to protect popular speech , but unpopular speech .
Which most politicians spout 😂😂
These tyrants have earned every ounce of hatred, and everything should be coming to them tenfold it's time to take our freedom back 💯
show the steps and prevailing legal steps to make this, enumerated by U S Constitution a retrenched applicable law, FACT!
Amen!!!!!!
Sad thing is, nothing will be done about it. This officer will continue to have a job.
Everyone email that police dept. and say "f*** you"
*FUCK*
Reverse card! Officer you are being detained for disorderly conduct. Hand me your cuffs and turn around with your hands behind your back.

See how quickly For the moment became disorderly conduct?

If Americans had a social media platform to add and manage a Tyrant list. Then if these individuals were subject to street justice like a random blanket party being beaten with soap in a sock I bet the cowards would resign on their own accord.

James, when a rogue cop does this to a citizen then there is only one thing that we the citizens or a group of citizens can/should do. One thing!
I agree
Would that be wait for the Govrtnment's tank to squash you? Or the group of your neighbours who support the establishment to remove you with extreme prejudice? Or was it something else equally safe from Helicopter zgun Dhips?
Yes. In public by the public.
The solution is listed within the first 3 sections of your state constitution. Literacy matters.
💯
1000% agree. If they aren’t accountable then how can anyone be?
But "noone is above the law" tho 🤡
We wouldn't have any cops on the streets if they went to jail for not knowing the law!!!

If you can arrest people for cussing in public there would be no one left in America, they would all be in jail.
No, just the United States.
All the American police would be in jail, at least bt the videos i see of them in the net 😅
That kind of language from police wouldnt fly here in these parts, in Europe, youre supposed to act professionally.
@@toniheikkila5607 what is American police?
Thanks for posting the Mayor's info. Just left him a message he'll enjoy.
They will never prosecute cops that purposefully deny your rights. Never. I also find fault for the lack of specific instruction where the Constitution is a virtual sidenote to all the other areas of law taught in these Academy's. Pathetic.
it is disgusting to see that cops are rarely charged and prosecuted for the crimes they commit.
Is "The moment" a felony or a misdemeanor? Where's Waldo has gained some weight.
Lock them up
Cop thinks that just because he says the words "disorderly conduct", he can violate every right you have. FTP
That's an easy settlement, 10 grand,
He detains a man without arrest. Cops are trained, if that training is not sufficient, then they need to demand more! But when they break the law, the consequences need to be more as they carry a gun and the authority to arrest and imprison!
When an out of control cop acts like this we know he has assaulted people before and broken the law many, many times!
The consequences ARE more
For the taxpayers
End qualified immunity ASAP!
The avenues for justice are limited when it is the ones controlling the law who are the criminals.
These tyrants get so worked up they can’t even conduct themselves in a professional manner.
I actually like his Christmas light set up.
another town to totally avoid, I dont like tyrants..
Instead of suing the city's maybe people should start suing the police unions
I truly would love to read In any local newspaper officer down
Listen very closely starting at 5:45...James made a very valid point, but the issue is finding a US attorney with a backbone willing to prosecute a cop for blatantly violating a citizen's rights.
99.9% of lawyers out there are SPINELESS.
They don't want their ability to buy favors in the corrupt system to come to an end.
You made a very good point. It’s time to start prosecuting deprivation of rights 💯
That sure sounds like abuse of authority. As well as unlawful detainment.
ABOLISH QUALIFIED IMMUNITY @ ONCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I agree with you. send them to prison
Giving them qualified emmunity they dont need to know to law!!! Why would they..?
Never give permission to police to arrest you. Even jokingly.
