I love how much of a connection you build with the dog, in my experience especially at pet smart. The groomers I have encountered will not groom my toy poodle. If he moves at all they tell me they not will not continue with the procedure, they never try to build a connection of trust or even reach out to pet him or give him a treat to show assurance. Malibu looks precious! Great job! I'm inspired to give this cut to my toy Poodle, Mr. Ruffles, who is the size of Malibu, a 14-year-old Apricot with the energy of a puppy. I'm an RN, but I used to be a hairdresser and really enjoy grooming my dogs. Thank you for a really enjoyable and educational tutorial.
I wish you were in jersey love how you did the cut I have a miniature male red that the same age as Malibu was and that’s the cut I’m trying to get on him. I was taking him to some corporate places and they weren’t cutting him properly. He’s very quiet and easy to work with not on the front, though laugh out loud. I was studying to be a groomer with Petco many moons ago. I have a knowledge. Just need the refresher. If you could get him started I could keep it. I wish you were close to me.😂❤
Why do you not hold their heads downward when rinsing them? How adorable Malibu turned out. Your so amazing cuts on your furr babies. I like my TT poodle with a clean shaved face, but know that everyone likes something different. So cute he is. Thank you for sharing with us
Love it! Great groom girl ❤ just asking about your scissor length? 9 inch? I borrowed a pair of 9 inch from my sharpener guy whilst my 7 inch were getting sharpened. Oooh my i loved the extra length. Ive ordered a pair of Kenchii Scorpion in 9 inch and cant wait for them to arrive.
Don’t like the way you blasted water in his face and didn’t protect the ears. Otherwise, I think you do a great job have a little bit more kindness and patience and don’t blast the dog in the face with water.
@@poohdbearaf honestly, not necessarily, water in ears aren’t typically the cause of an ear infection. Dogs go swimming all the time and get water in their ears. Most of the time it’s due to an underlying issue
