IT'S VITAAAAAAS!! There I was, browsing through Hetalia APHs and I clicked on this. Lo and behold, it happens to be my favorite Russian singer with one of my favorite songs by him ahhh
Watching western people arguing how badass and complicated Russian is became pretty much hobby of my friend and I'm like *sits in a corner and eats popcorns* XD
Ya know, I feel like I should say this with everything that's going around... Please don't hate Russia as a hetalia character or as an actual nation. In the anime he was yes, cruel and yes, we shouldn't say he's perfect, but we need to look at these acts he committed not as proof of how awful he is but as little peeks into his mental word. He became this way for a reason, and while that doesn't excuse anything we should understand that there's something more than awfulness behind it. in the current world, we all know why we dislike Russia--'s leadership. Look, the Russian military and government have done horrible things, but don't make a Russian feel guilty for being proud of his\her identity for god's sake. There's more to a country than its government, and no one, not even the most important people, can change what's been done by their government in the past. We are influenced by it, sure, but we can't change it. We are all people, don't hate.

As an American, there are laws in modern day Russia that I don’t agree with cuz of the values that I have been taught by my own country, but that doesn’t mean Russian citizens are bad people. All of us go to work/school, eat breakfast and dinner, come home to families, and try to make a living. My only question for Russians who hopefully see this: why is it bad luck/taboo to sit at the corner seat at a table?
Niah Possog same here I dont hate hetalia Russia I ship him with america and china like RusAme and RusAmeChu its just that their government is bad the citizens r nice happy people and the country looks beautiful (go to the Midwest or the country side)and see how wonderful the countryside is and late summer/ early fall the tress leaves changes pretty colors and people do go visit those parts and take pictures of it so yea
