Sir.. M gya tha gujarat gandhi nager mera 2.5 lak fas gya tha 1500 k chakkar m or mere account m aya b nhi tha 1500 phir block kar diya tha.. M waha gya or jisne complain ki thi usko b wahi bulwaya ek rupeeya nhi diya or ladke ne apni complain wapss b li.. Account b unfrezz ho gya..

SBI freezed the account of a senior citizen... that to without any notice... when he has gone out of station for some medical treatment and while making payment found that his account has been freezed... is it not a harrasment to the senior citizen customer... can the customer take any action against the bank in this regard??

Sir, ek problem mere sath bhi ho gaya he. mera ek dost ne mera ek account ko use kar illegal transaction kara hua he, jis se mera account Tamil Nadu Cyber police dwara freez kar diye he. me kya karu kuch help karen. exactly apki kai hui baaten ho raha he.

It is better to withdraw all money from bank a/Cs n Invest in gold,mutual fund etc and keep minimum balance to avoid such harassment.Banks are also responsible for such malpractices.

Thankyou sir. Sir, can court order to freeze all bank accounts connected with the Aadhaar number of the PO, under 83 crpc, in NI 138 case? If yes, order is given to RBI ombudsman/ RBI lokpal or RBI legal department or any other authority?

Yes, you are right. One account was freezed for Rs. 1000 but after giving answers to queries of said cyber cell. Letter is issued by cyber cell to unfreeze the account. Rs. 2000 is hold till the enquiry.
