I am so sorry that your pain has been so profound. There are resources out there that can help, don't give up! I love EMDR, NLP, EFT, all trauma clearing therapies. Also, constitutional homeopathy and even the very gentle but effective Bach Flower Remedies may be of help. But all of that on the side of a medical professional whose work is focused on what you are experiencing. Please gather a team! I and many others are sending love.
