“Nashville - 1, Us - 0” is a common occurrence so don’t feel bad. 😆 Good store stops, love to see the Southern Collective and Nashville Barrel love, and awesome to see y’all got to try our Sunday Brunch pick as part of the flight at Nashville Barrel!
Hahaha I feel like that definitely happens to many people who visit! It was a great, quick trip! Hope to see y’all next time! Also, we loved your pick!!!
Great video. I think I was there the same timeframe as y'all. I went to nelson greenbrier, Nashville barrel and southern collective. Southern collective was the bomb. I drank the oz Tyler as well!!
That’s awesome!! Hope you had a great trip! We love it out there!
Great video! I am going to be in Nashville this Thursday and plan to hit Southern Collective and Nashville Barrel Company. 🥃
Have an amazing trip! Tell them hello for us :)!
I forget which distillery, Fireside maybe, but Bevy's (Bowles & C-470) has a "Hazmat" barrel pick that's 150 proof! As I am just getting into drinking Bourbon, I didn't get one for myself, but if anyone in The Denver Area is interested...
You've got 10K subscribers!!! Congratulations!!🎊 ❤
🎉Thank you so much! 🥃🥃
Great Video - I am heading out to Nashville next month and this gives me some areas to look for bourbon.
Have fun! Thanks for watching!
Nice reference to Smoke Wagon Aaron. O Z Tyler today is known as the Green River Wheated bourbon. Interesting that 4 grain seems to be a thing in Missouri, Holladay, Iron Clad, and Union Horse. Can't say if it's a clue or not, but the company that uses the name "Mizzou" in their line up is J Rieger.
I need to go to Nashville and probably go broke just in the first to barrel companies you went to. Southern collective and Nashville barrel are high on my get list. I have an Ohio state pick of a Nashville rye great bottle. Looked like a fun time. Look forward to the reviews on those bottles.
Grab me one of those Redwood Empire Pipe Dream Cask Strengths 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
🥃🥃
154.4 proof I'd had to have grabbed that 😮
You guys got to try some Nobleton Distilling from Missouri at that second stop. In my opinion, Nobleton is actually putting out whiskey that is FAR superior to Ben Holladay but they are a much smaller operation. They have tons of 12-19 year old whiskey but they can only label it as 7 or 8 year because of something with their DSP. They have very good stuff under their Planter's and Copper Dome labels. They are maybe one of the best local craft companies in the country right now but their distribution will always remain local to SW Missouri (so Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas). Most of their stuff is Missouri only though.
It was really good!
Great video I’ll definitely have to check out REDS I’ve never been there before.
It was a great stop! Cheers! 🥃
Nelson Brothers, ie Green Brier are the folks behind Belle Meade. Not the same as Pennington Distillery that makes Davidson Reserve in TN.
Y’all were in my neck of the woods. Peg Leg Porker is a BBQ joint downtown. The owner also sells branded whiskey. Good BBQ. Never had the whiskey. JD is my go to TN juice. Never been to Red’s either. I’ll have to add that one to my list. A great dinner spot is Urban Grub. They have a great bourbon selection and make a fabulous whiskey sour. Their Sat and Sun brunch is phenomenal. Enjoyed the video!
Thanks for watching!! Nice!
Barrel proof … next to sounds stadium
Love this!!
I live a short walk from Frugal. They post in IG when they drop allocated bottles. They are gone within 30 minutes. It’s crazy.
That looks like my kind of rye! 🤩
It’s delicious!!
Wild allocation drop!! SHEEEESH great video thank you guys!
Thanks for watching!
Great video. A big choice collection in those stores. Thanks for sharing. Cheers U 2.
Thanks for watching!
Got a bottle of Indigo's Hour in Boston for $199, looking forward to trying it.
Nice!! Hope you love it! Can’t wait to find one!
Nice
Great video. Heading to Nashville next month for the 1st time. Can't wait
Thanks so much! Have a great trip! 🥃
I would pick up the ETL, Yellowstone and MM combo.
Ryan T. at Southern Collective is a good dude! Love NBC and SC!
Absolutely!! Cheers!
DANG I would have bought 4 items on that Buffalo Trace drop. That was will power for you to pass. Cheers 🥃
🥃🥃😊
Awesome video. Did you know they had an allocated drop that day? Or was it just by pure luck?
Thanks so much! We had no clue about the drop. It was cool to see, even though we didn’t buy any of the allocated bottles :)
Nash Vull? Is that Lou Vull's cousin??
Need a quick scan of the tequila aisle please.
You need to try the new Pinhook ( Yellow bottle)
You both have the coolest sunglasses.
Thank you! We got them from Blenders for our honeymoon! We like the price and quality! And they look cool 😎
@@TheAverageDrinker Yes they do look cool.
Never tried Nashville barrel but those prices seem a little steep😳
I appreciate y’all skipping the allocated buffalo trace products and leaving it for the locals unlike other bourbon hunters on UA-cam. I like your content because y’all are true bourbon hunters. Y’all try new bourbons whereas others ask their audience to try them first while they buy up all the allocated they can find leaving locals with nothing.
Who makes the sun glasses?
blenders
Blenders :)! We love them! Great price and quality! Not sponsored lol.
No way you didn't buy all those tater bottles! Amazing bt drop
Haha we did not buy any. Left them for other people. We have most of those already and don’t need backups.
$179 for a 10 year Nashville Barrel pick? Their stuff is good but I'm not paying that on a sourced bottle.. or any 10 year bottle really unless it's hazmat proof and from a legacy distillery.
Fair enough!
How was the Mizzou bottle ? Any idea where it was distilled at in Missouri ??
It was really good! It’s not completely disclosed but I believe it’s out of Union, Missouri!
Congrats at 10k!!
Thank you so much!
