I live in co durham but in 75 76 i worked on a opencast coal site near oakley fife there was a local chap sandy steel he had a scammel low loader with four in line trailer often parked on footpath in cairneyhill Willsons tippers from dunfermline came on site every day i brought a souvenir back a wife still starts still up and running well built scottish motor
Another good video thanks , a lot of companies there gobbled up under AACraib banner then just lately Carib taken over by the Gregory group from Devon , sad to see these well known names disappearing
when I was at BRS Mitcheldean, two of us had a nice job for a few months picking up damaged containers from docks around the country, taking them to Lydney, Glos. for repair, and taking finished containers back, I had a 'b' reg ERF and my mate Glyn had a guy Invincible (13.01) sadly I never got to have a go in it
