@@LemireCassie Hi, yes, I did use room temperature ingredients, and I let my donuts cool slightly before dipping. Too hot, and the ganache will slide right off. You can dip most dipped pastries lukewarm or room temp, I find.

When they're done you can cut them in half and put some custard cream / Chantilly / yellow cream in between, then put the two halves back together. The cream will act as a glue and keep the two halves together. You can also use chocolate / Nutella cream.
When frying donuts, you can pop them in the oil still on the paper. After a couple of seconds the paper will come away and you can remove it with tongs. It makes it less likely that you will deflate them by handling.
@@almamendoza7622 It won't if you DROP THEM IN ON THE PAPER, (paper on the bottom so it goes under the oil) wait a few seconds. The paper self releases and you just pull it out. NO deformation.

I have tried this. Thank you for the instructions. The dough was perfect. Everything was perfect till the frying part. I dont know what I did wrong but inside the donots it was sticky and raw.If you can pinpoint my mistake, I can definitely have the donots everyone seemed to devour. Thanks again..
The oil just too hot when you put the doughnut. It should be 170-180 degrees only. The frying part should be quiet hot but not too hot because it Will be only the skin of the doughnut Will be cooked but inside is raw because the over heat. I just help you to answer hopefully its help.😁😁😁
