The Diamond is in the Goldenrod Underground for sale(I forget how much it is, I think 5k). Haxorus is 48 so if they made Electibuzz evolve at 50 then yeah, also Haxorus meets two of the three requirements for being a Pseudo-Legend, the requirement it's missing is the 600 BTS(it has 540) and it annoys me so much. I think I got Seafoam and Mt Ember confused, which is my bad, need to get ice picks I believe to explore it though. When I played(haven't beaten the league yet because my team is underleveled for it[mid 40s I think]) you couldn't go to Ecruteak or through Ilex(could enter, but path was blocked) until beating the league, I think parts of the Sevii Islands were too but don't remember.
@@slyroh Mt ember is where Moltres is in FireRed/LeafGreen, need to complete this(not sure what all else) before the Birds are available, I think the other Legends require the League to be beaten first(there are also some fusions locked behind it, you'll understand why when you get to it)
