- Most of this video was shot on a DVX 100a. It was filmed chronologically in California, Oregon and Washington during the summer of '08 which was one of the greatest and most tragic of my entire life.
I was inspired to make this during a summer of love that was lost .. it all came from the heart
It's perfect, and makes me cry every time I listen and watch it.

I knew this girl years ago and I loved her strongly but she didn't quite feel the same way. She would drive me all around the town neither of us really felt we belonged in and hang out with people we would put masks on in front of and despite never being alone together there was this level of honesty that's rarely felt with anyone else and thats what made us beautiful. We were both the gold but I did in fact feel like I gave everything away with nothing to gain from it but hurt.
Nothing but a lesson I guess. Thank you for sharing your hurt with us. I think that is why Kings Of Convenience is as wide as they are.
this song always makes me cry for some reason... when I listen to this, I see endless summer, hair in the wind and green fields.. and it just makes me cry. pure perfection.

@Daveyw00te Yeah. Man, I defended you and you go and act like a child? Why does everyone live in a world where if someone hurts you, you must hurt them back. It's so hard to live in a world like this. I miss it when people would say sorry, and everything would be fine because people knew what it felt like to forgive, or actually care about others.
