Thank you for your video I enjoyed it. Looking at you K40 you have an identical set up as mine. I noticed you have your air assist hose fed through your drag chain. I can't do that with mine. Did you install a new drag chain which was larger than the original? If so, did you purchase it? Do you know what size it is? I don't 3D print, so I have to buy mine, but all the ones I look at are too small for the line or too big to get the chain through the opening on the laser head opening. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
The air hose was not fed through the drag chain. It was zip tied to the area and hang out the back. The one I got was long enough that it moved with the head. Thanks for watching!
"Let me know what you thought about this video." - It was actually kinda useless - just showing off. No information provided - the settings & material used, etc... Also you apparently do not use this particular laser anymore, so, it was / is of no help to those of us who use this particular laser.
Nice clean cuts. Bravo!
Real nice! Think I might have to upgrade to a K40 this year maybe.
Yeah it’s been really fun learning on the k40. Once we move into the new house I will be getting a 60w 20x28 laser. Thanks for watching.
Simple and short video. Very useful. Wish you would have included a finished version of your ornament.

@@KowalskiDoes Thank you.
What material are you using? And how in the world do you get your K40 to cut so good?
If I remember it was wood I got off Amazon. I think it’s woodpeckers wood. I sold my k40 a couple years ago. I have a 60w omtech co2 now.
@@KowalskiDoesThanks, I figured out the issue. It cuts like a champ now.
what was the issue?

Very nice, which head are you using? to have a so nice cut have you changed lens or mirrors?
I don’t own this laser anymore. I have an omtech 60w now.
Hello do you have a video on the setup process for the machine
Hi, I’m sorry I don’t own this machine anymore. Sold it a few years ago.
OMTech has a set up. I just watched it yesterday. Changing the configuration took me longer than needed to.
What is the compulsive cut of 4 mm?
If you do not mind me asking, what was the power level and cutting speed you used to only have to cut once?
I think it was 4mms at like 20% power. Not sure. I sold my k40 at the beginning of the year and now have a 60w omtech laser.
Was this the actual speed or fast forward?
I believe it was at 2x speed.
What is the air assist attachment you are using?
I was a cheap one. I don’t have this matching anymore. I upgraded to a 60w omtech.
Can you Please give me the file of that ornament
What the speed and the power??
4mm/s and 20%
