      For his level indeed, just a reminder that the sinquefield cup 2014 is still to this day the strongest tournament in history by the average rating.

    Thanks Agad for this one! I remember when Vincent got his GM rating and played some awesome chess at the time. He was heralded as the next Fischer then. Haven't heard much of him lately but glad to hear he continues to flourish.

    I keep thinking when Fisher played Spassky and they televised the matches on channel 13, well not exactly televised, they had a big upright chess board and moved along with the players and had 2 guys on. One was the lead ( for lack of a better word) and the other gave analysis similar to what agadmator does. I think, what a great spot that that would be for Antonio and how much more exciting it could've been. I think for them to ever do it again an American would have to be playing but Antonio would been such a great ambassador for games and I hopefully someone (maybe they already watch his videos) seizes on the opportunity to put him in that position.

    I am not sure if vincent calculated all that since kick the bishop with the pawn f3 was very obvious even for 2k rated players. It could be just luck.

    At 4:43 why not play pawn B7-B6 and attack the Knight? This way the A8 will be free for the Bishop on D5. Please for your feedback guys... 🙂

      The b7 pawn is preventing the knight from coming to c6 ...and the pawn was already protected from the bishop and also the pawn could protect the lightsquarebishop only on lightsquares...

      You are comparing a 29 year old (that's how old Fisher was when he became world champion) to a 19 (!) year old (Vincents current age). Fisher was not world champion either with 19 😉. So, you should give Vincent ten more years before you can down talk him like you did - otherwise it's just unfair, right?! 😉
