Yes. But voltage will be reduced as 2.1v. Output will be 2.1v/2Amps, which is useless

@@tamiltronics9663 thank you. We decided to try the power supply which has 13.8V and 2A. However, the stepper motor becomes jerky at some point. It will run smooth then after some time, it is like skipping steps.
