@@dr.insignia7361 It is if you've never played a 13/8 before. Usually big and odd time signatures are divided up into smaller sections, which makes it way more countable and feelable. This one in particular is a 7/8 followed by a 6/8. If you know how to count these it's not too bad.
I'm constantly returning to the OST because the ability to hear that Hammer echo with a clear base is just missing from the RST. I just love how atmospheric this song is
Love how this sounds industrial and dilligent, yet evil and diabolical at the same time. You can tell that something truly terrible is being made here.
@@GrahamboPC great question - back in the days of video rental stores, I rented it and the previous person who has it had just beaten exor- so I was able to access it that way 😂
I was 9 and beat the game. This place was scary and i was trying not to die because of all the enemies and knew the final boss was coming up very soon. I needed to keep as many healing items as i could for the final fight, otherwise it was goi g to be a bad time.
Like the Smithy Boss Theme, this Track just really benefits from the artifical instruments. The real instruments in the Remake just cannot replicate this mechanical and sort of empty feeling
When I first heard this, I remember thinking, we aren't in "mario world" anymore.
SO REAL
13/8 time signature
Edit: shocked this is the most liked comment on this video tbh
I assume this specific time signature is very difficult to do?

not gonna lie, I didn't believe you at first. Then it was super easy to count. Those leading synths count the whole way.
I only knew from other comments lmao@@lordlink1
@@eliasr7279it's intentionally off beat?
"No, this is the Weapons Factory, the Magitek Factory is down the road to the left, you can't miss the big spotlights."
GOAT RPGs on SNES WHOOOO
I HOPE they keep the heavy synths in the remake.
Even now this sounds amazing.
Top tier final dungeon theme.

That dark groove. The percussion is incredible here.

This is going to sound insane in the remake I can already imagine
Very possibly industrial or metal remixes would be pretty cool.
there's a remake coming out?
wow
Yea but you can compare to this original one! Just can't!!
Can confirm, it does.
future here, i actually prefer the original on this one but the remake has tons of bangers
Love the sense of urgency this song gives you
I remember being mystified at how deep this dungeon was as a 6 year old 😂
how did you get here as a 6 year old

@@karnotikI’m wondering why you would quit after beating Exor your at the final 2% of the game why would you stop there lol

Badass song. I hope the song is fire in the remake too
Can confirm it is. Dare I say, it is better in the remake than the OG.

Love this one.
I prefer the remake's version more.
BOTW hyrule caste vibes🎵
