• Five Nights at Freddy’...
Welcome to your new summer job at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, where kids and parents alike come for entertainment and food as far as the eye can see! The main attraction is Freddy Fazbear, of course; and his two friends. They are animatronic robots, programmed to please the crowds! The robots' behavior has become somewhat unpredictable at night however, and it was much cheaper to hire you as a security guard than to find a repairman.
From your small office you must watch the security cameras carefully. You have a very limited amount of electricity that you're allowed to use per night (corporate budget cuts, you know). That means when you run out of power for the night- no more security doors and no more lights! If something isn't right- namely if Freddybear or his friends aren't in their proper places, you must find them on the monitors and protect yourself if needed!

Imma be honest, FNAF 1 has the scariest rare screens. Something about the visual style of the game is absolute nightmare fuel. Even years later, some screens like the one with all the animatronic heads in the storage room staring at you still give me chills.

FNAF 1 is imo the scariest game of them all. The gritty, haunting atmosphere mixed with the realistic art style and the unsettling sound design really make it stand out among the rest.

The first game was a masterpiece, the atmosphere, the mood, and the rare screens to top it all off, the story and the sounds (of the first game) really gives the creep factor, I know its not the best, but for a first title it surely has nice graphics, plus without the first installment we wouldn't get the other games or even the story as a whole
It just gives off an unshakable feeling of dread and chills.

Like Scott said, FNaF 1 was just perfection he’ll never be able to reach again in a while.
It was because of simplicity, only 4 animatronics, 5 if you count golden Freddy, and not much lore to be found
This video made me remember how creepy fnaf 1 was, it had the best jump scares but the general ambience and the little Easter Eggs is what made it very unnerving. I don’t think any other game has really captured that mysteriousness that the original had. Although the sequel came really close imo

@@MMLL03 agree, also, those rule slip of paper that was on the wall, just seeing them for the first time was mind boggling, especially the bedroom where we see flower, IV support and something. Like my god these were both spooky and hunting just seeing that out of place.
@@mr.context3872 yes, that is the only one i like tbh. it was put together so well and the lore was fresh. teh story got kind of shitty after fnaf 3.
Rare screens were one of those details that just made everything 10x more spooky and captivating. It shrouded the setting in mystery, because we knew less about what was going on. So many red herrings, so much ambiguity, and loads of hauntingly confusing moments. It was really cool, almost like an ARG video game.
If you are wondering why there is pain killers in fnaf 4 and drop it's because they appear after the showing he is in the hospital
I honestly think that the fnaf 1 bonnie screen is the most terrifying, followed by Freddy's screen

Yeah, this make me worry about the horror experience too, cause you know fnaf sb isn't scary, and when a fnaf game isn't scary the fandom get a lot of kids, and this make people think that fnaf isn't scary at all and it just a random game for kids. This also make the older players hate the game, because it don't have the same feeling of the old fnaf games. So basically i hope that scott come back and make his own fnaf game without steel woll, is not steel woll fault tho, because scott was also working in the idea of fnaf sb and you know scott mind is not the same as steel woll mind. I hope that the upcoming movie also make fnaf scary again.
I think fnaf 1 was always the scariest one. Just, less context and the general fact of the unknown is something that is hard wired to make us fearful.

I honestly miss the time where fnaf was more than just an horror game, and it was completely unique, i grew up with fnaf and if theres something i can tell is, fnaf and scott cawthon are the things i most respect in my life. I miss when the game had just scott's touch on things. Now are vr things, security breach that was completely trash, no rare screens, no more the original fnaf vibe and stuff. Its just not scary and underrated, it looks like they are trying put more things in the lore at the end game just to keep the game alive, fnaf should have ended at fnaf 4 or 6 at maximum, willian should have died at fnaf 6, baby, lefty, puppet, and molten should all have been released at fnaf 6 too, it would be a perfect end. It would still be perfect if it ended at ucn bc fnaf is perfect but..
the security breach fnaf is good its just different from the other games but it keeps some things like the security doors or cameras and scott also worked in security breach so a big part of the game was made by him and the other games already have a ending where the souls can finally rest in peace

I was playing on Ultimate Custom Night on mobile and i for some reason didnt do anything on the "Change the AI" screen
Then for a little bit, "The One you shouldnt have killed" appeard and started flickering then it dissapeared. I got so scared that i uninstalled the app.

The static noises and william trying to get out of the suit is the scariest one out of all of the rare screens, because we never knew who that was back then until the endings were shown and theories started coming, hands down.

Got one of Springtrap's on FNAF 3. Had been playing all morning, nothing happenened. Took a brake after dying in night five to eat something. While having dinner I thouth it would be funny to make a meme with Nemesis from RE peeking out the office door (It's a long story about a basement in DBD) Looked ok Google for a decent pic but all of them where too low resolution or not what I needed,so I entered the gane to take a screnshot myself just to have Springtrap looking at me like this: 👁👄👁

Really hammers it down in a way.. like, the souls of the children have to await years of torture, they would have to constantly chase down nightguards like Michael, and after all they've suffered, they had to be in purgatory with William all those years. And now in Security Breach they're back to torment William, and then some more.

someone finally said it. its the realism i think which is what makes it scary, the others are just animatronics, we know theyre fake and cant do any real damage, yet a human is very real and frankly terrifying in the context of fnaf

all my friends were really into fnaf growing up and i was too scared to play/even watch any of the games be played, some of fnaf still scares me as the 15 year old i am today
I think it's because you realize what actually takes place in the FNaF timeline. I remember when I was younger I thought that it was 'oh ahh haunted robot' but when you notice there's innocent children stuffed into the suits it makes it a lot more scary and sad.

I have never gotten golden freddy. He's pretty avoidable since he's so rare and all you do is not check the West hall corner.
