I always suggest wearing a bonnet at night and be sure to sleep on a satin pillow case. When you are in the house don't feel obligated to wear your hair out. Naturally, our hair is effected by friction from our (clothes) neck collars and couches(furniture). I always keep my hair in a pineapple style when I'm relaxing around the house. Also, be sure to re-hydrate and moisturize your beautiful curls ( this is a must) it helps!! Our hair LOOOOOVES moisture!! This helps cut down on frizz and unnecessary breakage. Lastly, try using products that hold your hair for a longer amount of time. For example I have have high density hair and I love when I can make a wash n go last for 7 days! In order, to maximize my wash n go I layer my products on my hair and use heavier hair products( this makes a BIG difference) when styling my hair. Hey sis! There's alot I can recommend for low porosity but not all low prosity is the same. Texture and density makes a difference in the products we buy. I have a wash n go series going on that explains both texture and density. Have you tried hair butters or creams in the past?
