In Korea, people have relative statuses to other people. In this case, Hong 10 has a higher status because he is either older than Wing and/or he started bboying/bboying in a crew before Wing. He doesn't necessarily HAVE to go first. He's just showing respect like most Koreans do. (And Hong 10 just stares down people too hard)
