During the process of making How Strong videos! I use a multitude of different sources (Google,Reddit,Wikia Even UA-cam and etc) and things to make my job of filming videos like this easier! To find scans much faster. Yes people think h'el is mess of a character but he is a powerful kryptonian that has a versatile powerset he May not be on superboy prime level but he is no slouch. Keep up the content u the king of powerscaling

I'm always up to see evil Kryptonians. And H'el is one hell (pun intended😋😋😋) of a kryptonian whom I'd love to see returning to the mainstream universe again.

this guys looks, dress up, powergap from his own species, these traits are very similar with brolly from dragon ball..
here's the thing, creator of dragon ball said himself, goku is inspired by superman, and with dragon balls popularity and brolly being the most loved villain in the franchise(though now a good guy in dbs), i do think dc's H'EL is inspired by brolly..
