At around 6:33, the reason why it's better doesn't have to do with the fact that the hero had to wait until the end of the cycle (because it stays in the same cycle). It's simply because the bunny triggers the button only once per cycle when it would trigger it twice if the button was in the middle of the path.

If you call it "The Reverse Anti-Puzzle Game" then shouldn't the reverse and anti cancel out? If so, then just a normal puzzle game.
The joke, as explained by the CBA in another vid, is that there are 3 negations: 'Reverse', 'Anti' and '-'.
