Thank you so much, Dale and Steve, for talking in such nice words about Juno Beach and the sacrifices on the Canadian soldiers who lost their lives 80 years ago. It's rare to see much mention on non Canadian programming on this topic.
My great uncle was a cheif officer on HMCS Algonquin, just offshore firing on German defenses during the landing. As a traveler from Ottawa, when I'm asked what are things I've seen abroad that I will never forget, one such moment that always comes to mind is seeing French citizens who live in Courseulles-sur-Mer flying the flag of my country on their front porches decades later.

Yes, and was very interesting info as well. I had no idea just how big Canada's contribution was (I knew it was significant though.) Thank you, Dale!

Thank you Dale and Steve for this fascinating talk. More importantly, thanks to the brave souls who gave their all to secure liberty for the world. I hope to visit these beaches someday to honor their bravery.

They weren’t joking when they said people are booking tours early! No tours available with Dale Booth for our dates in June 2025!😮
I too enjoyed hearing the nice words spoken about Canadians, I didn’t know they were all volunteers❤
Great information for a future visitor!

I wish I would have had the wherewithal to take a tour 20 years ago when the vets were still on the tours
