Looks so yummy. Thanks for sharing. I’m really interested in the type of grinder you had for the cookies in the walnuts. Possibly you could do a demonstration of your machine. Thank you happy new year.
The new machine should arrive today, if Amazon will not fail me again. I might do a quick video to show it in a bit more detail... Happy New Year! And thank you!
Yes. 100% agree. Though it might not be always available. The most important, key ingredient is the cookies. The wrong kind that does not absorb the chocolate mixture will yield chocolate serial, but will never form a “salami”. Also, the cookies must be as plain as possible, with the least amount of sugar. I have tried and failed with various other brands. Maria seem to be the king. (or queen, in this case)
@@KrondorsKitchen I am in the US where Hershey's is easily available and never use it. Even the plain cookies made in US are very sweet. As a label reader, plain cookies manufactured in Europe or English biscuits are what would work. Good luck with your channel! btw I think you mean chocolate "cereal". 😀

Hi. The one I have is super old. It is on it's last legs so I ordered a new one with the same features. This one www.amazon.com/dp/B0DFXPH2N2?th=1
@@KrondorsKitchen appreciate that thanks for the quick response. Keep having fun.

This recipe sounds quite good. Using an organic or premium cacoa powder is far better than low quality Hersheys cacoa.
