Completely agree, I been with Hirschbach going on 6 years. I made crazy money, my own house, family 2 Mercedes amgs and now I own my truck and am 1 of the elite 11 of o/o’s. Best of the best 4 times in a row. If you work and do the unthinkable when it comes to getting loads to finals on time, helping on relays you will be great. Safe travels🙏🏾 In order to have something you never had ,you have to do things you have never done.
Rise & shine it’s Money time . We Hirchbaching baby ! Just passed my cdl Dubeuque Iowa
It a lease purchase with one dollar walk away buy out. It also has a 25,000 to 30,000 dollar ballon payment at the end with a 10% mainteance contract agreement cost ajusted every week. That ballon payment can also be prorated to weekly which obviously ADDS to your week ending balance of 7 to 10%, due on settlement and then of course 27 to 32 bucks a week for a tax team to keep your taxes rolling and to find you a dollar. At 250,000 miles you are reaching the end of the factory DPF Kit which is another 4500-6000 bucks to replace and will require downtime. Normally drivers stretching the buck go about 350,000 miles on DPF.
They ain't NO mainteance on any of these vehicles if YOU do not set it up, unless it is for an oil change every 65,000 miles.
If you don't call for a dryer tank, filter, cab filters, rounded steers, measure your break leverage for "throw action" then it don't get ajusted, no steering adjustment, no toe-in-Camber free play ajustment at the bearings and nothing gets replaced. Hirschbach does not do abc-123 on any mainteance. The driver, whether lease or company is treated as a complete O/O and as if that truck is YOURS. Their hands are washed clean. It's pass the buck when you sign on which cuts them costs on national mainteance contracts, cuts time in their shops, with less out of warranty repairs for them and automatically puts you on their CSA radar at safety if something happens to any ANY of those trucks. Just bought out JCT and now cutting costs for the brand changeover that was done two years ago. We all paying for that equity buy out.
There is more than one way to not sugar coat things. Beware!!!
Biggee B outta here, have a great one.
Think next video you should talk about the game plan. Trucking you've got to have a plan and a life goal. At first I was OTR out months at a time. That was great at first to save a pay off debt. Think later on guys just want more time at home to live. Now I'm only working 4 days a week and living life big. Yeah there's always an option to run your ass off but sometimes you have to enjoy your free time.
I fill bad for the drivers that drive and just give their money away. Sad to think they'll be stuck behind a wheel for the rest of your life with no plan.
Lease purchase is a scam. You pay twice as much for the truck. Not worth it.
Make twice what u make as a company driver but ya more risk if u end up not being able to run good miles for whatever reason
3 of my friends went LP and are now successful owner ops. Just gotta find the right company and know how to manage your money
Lease purchase is not the way to go! If you want to own a truck buy one other wise be a company driver
@@billymadison1466 dam glad you told us that your a smart guy we could of never figure that out without you!
Depends a lot on the amount of hidden fine print, many shady companies prefer don’t disclose everything unfortunately
@@godsok1 you’re*/ could’ve or could have* ….You’re welcome, Rather ironic that your post shows your ignorance.
New trucks have problems to so just because you have a new truck don't mean that you won't have problems just saying
Tru I had a new truck when I was with prime inc and it broke down every week. Literally every week it was getting towed
Great to see my guy WB back!!!
Glad to see ya back at hirschbach . See ya out there .
You always tell it straight.
It's an automatic. That's just driving. My grama drives. Gears need to be touched by the Captain of the ship. My opinion. Which is the only opinion I'm allowed to have.
information about the actual lease purchase program starts at 13:00 ...thanks man
Gang Gang! Im joining this company soon and your info you have provided is the reason why! Keep the vids coming with that positive attitude brother! Hope to meet up in person one day bro! Peace out!
What’s your email. I will put you down as referring me when I start my training with Hirschbach in March.
Going on about a Freightliner like it’s a something special. It’s a Freightliner one step up from an International.
@@ramonator16ify your opinion. They call them Freight shakers for a reason. A rattle box that falls apart, low resale value as well
@lloydhaydel8029 they're the most popular on the road and can't say because their cheap cause internationals are cheaper and they aren't nearly as popular, stop thinking like a sheep, be better...
@@ramonator16ify that’s your opinion. Just because something is popular doesn’t make it good.
Big foot....salute 💯
WILDBEARD...... PERFECT FOR THIS ....
Thank you for another UA-cam video wild beard it was nice to see your son in the video also I believe I seen her hirschbach truck driving down the road past my house in the state of Virginia the other day by the markings on the truck! :)
What’s your plan forward working at hirschbach? Are you eventually going to start driving again or stay as a recruiter and truck rescue?
Can u tell me will this company treat me like family nothing wrong with my driving but my health i have leg ulcers that require a dr appt every 7 to 10 days if this company will get me to those appts I will be glad to sign on but unlimited carrier out of Bolingbrook ill layed me off cause they did not like getting me home for the appts I am now homeless and my funds are low
Communication is always key, work with them and show them they can trust you.
The carrier you’re driving for should never have a security interest in “your truck”. In other words, if your truck payment is deducted from your settlement from the carrier when you’re paid, you’re not protecting yourself. Who keeps the equity when you decide to walk away? Who’s name is on the registration? Can I lease that truck onto another carrier if I’m not happy or does the carrier keep it? Ask these questions before signing one of these agreements. 0 down lease purchase deals come off very shady. Not saying Hirschback’s deal isn’t good, just do your homework before signing up! Everyone has an opinion, that is mine for what it’s worth.
I’m not a trucker (yet) but I’ve done a lot of research and I think the same thing. A lot of people who don’t have access to a load board, can book their own loads and choose the frequency of them, you’re barely going to be swimming just above water with a fleet company lease purchase. It’s like the dispatch at your fleet company will see “THIS PERSON LEASE PURCHASED THEIR TRUCK FROM US” in red when they are booking your loads lol. They will keep you absolutely desperate…they know you have no choice but to take crap loads to make that hefty brand new truck payment. Or you will be in the negative. At least that’s what I’ve seen
Appreciate the video wild beard! Great information and you tell it how it is. Might seem like a recruitment video to some but your honesty about staying out for weeks at a time if you are going to be successful is the truth.
I’m always glad watching a video you drop. Now that I’m in the program and working for Hirschbach I’m loving it. I am starting to make videos to for people information.
Best advise about working for Hirschbach... Don't. Their lease is a scam and you'll never own the truck.
Are you a former driver ?? Are you still driving Truck ? and how is the pay there for a company drivers ?? Thank you !
Long as you go in with "rental" instead of owner/lease in your head. It's a good company to bank money with. If you want a bunch of home time leasing isn't for you
@@johnkerr1625 If I wanted to stay out OTR excursions 🛣️ 3 to 4 weeks !! can you make good money !!!!?
@@Mike-fo7jo I was a lease driver before covid. Had a great dm that kept me running. Worked 7 days a week so the truck was always moving. Average $2000 a week after expenses. Before taxes. I'm not sure about company side. While I was there it was a decent company but that was almost 3 years back.
Butch is a LEGEND. I know it’s hard with the both of you out on the road but please try to make him a regular on the channel lol.
Man bro after watching your promo video I'd definitely not take a job here bro dude
Not judging but if hurshbac is so great why did you leave before? Sounds like super recruitment to me.
Welp, I was considering their lease but I DO NOT LIKE DRIVER FACING CAMERAS!
Right! They keep saying it’s for safety and I’m sure it is but I just don’t trust it all the way
@@ABoogiexNoHoodie And who other than actors want to be filmed all of the time? Some of them even record sound, so that means no more private conversations. I worked for LandAir and they had this systems. I left when they installed it in my truck…3 months and I was OUT!
Seams like a lot of companies are going to those cameras I think it’s a invasion of privacy
If you’re not getting over 4000 miles a week quit
I can’t really agree seeing someone as a partner who has no skin in my game. They push loads for a paycheck, LPO’s need loads that make sense for a good Gross and limited expenses
They still have them frong facing cameras
idk man these videos been feeling a little to corporate for me. rather just see you driving then recruiting for a mega
@@WildBeardTrucking lease purchase is a scam brother. And you know these big companies dont pay us what were worth.

Great tips !
I say he is done in the truck!
That’s a handsome little baby beard
Been there did not work iv though about coming back but i didnt have a good DM
Scared the shit out of buddy in the beginning 😂
Every time I get gas! I see these Doritos trucks😀
Is that a inward facing camera?
Let's talk about that balloon payment🤔
Why don't you talk about face in cameras?? Because they have it, my friend was working there and quit because he forgot the camera and was naked inside changing his clothes and they caught it, 2 min later got a call from his dispatcher talking about... horrible and embarrassing situation. 😮😮😮
It’s not worth it; the maintenance plan you pay into THAT YOU DONT GET BACK, you pay a dollar for gas yeah sure, BUT YOU ALSO PAY ON THE SAME GAS CARD EVERY CHECK, hirschbach could be so much more but when they wanna get you they get the hell out of you, you’re paid and I get it, but potential drivers need the truth and if you do buy out the truck you cannot continue to work with them c cause they no longer capitalize on you…
IF Your DM dosent keep you loaded then What
Just ask them for some help. “Hey I was wondering what I could do to make more miles this week. I’ve struggled the past few and really want to do my best here.” Something like that.
I was wondering if they do cdl training wanting to go to work as soon as possible
Your back at hirschbach?
You left and came back,so why leave then come back? Seems to me you’ve become somewhat of a UA-cam sensation and Hirschbach seen this to their advantage. They get you to help recruit company or lease purchase drivers…so you positioned yourself to get money from the company either driving,recruiting/referrals and UA-cam. Not mad at you if your heart is in the right place not just for you and your family but really with honest facts given out to those seeking to do better for themselves and their families.
Video starts at 5:10
It’s slower than life
Youre LEASING a truck thats still owned by the company even when your paying for it for YEARS, only so at the end they tell you "give us 50K now and its yours or lease another one" stupidest shit ever
The simple truth "THEY SUCK"
So the truck is his right shit if he has been there since 2018 5 year lease right
he said that rig is a 2023.
so he just started another lease . other drivers just keep repeating the lease because once its paid off, a whole lot of problems just poping up and you lose the write off for taxes
i say this man not after a full paid truck
Do they offer regional lease purchase? Is this lease purchase a walk away lease?
So I check out other videos of hirschbach.
😆 🤣 😂
Hell no to the lease.
Making too little money.
Average $1500 to $2200 net after expenses
Truck payment 749 a week, maybe more now today.
No no no.
Better off working at a chemical plant $1500 to $3,000 a week after taxes
Depending what department u working at
No no no to the lease. No enough take home. Needs to be 3 to 4 times more minimum
Just saying.
2k sounds good but don't forget taxes. Now it's 1500
after the truck is paid off, you'll get about 2250-2950 net weekly. Seems ok to me til the rates get better
@jpw7598
For that much after truck is paid ,
That better be local run to be home everyday, every other day or home every weekend.
If that's over the road, it's BS money.
Should be making over 5k take home or more.
When that truck breaks down, it cost thousands and lots of down time to fix. 2 weeks to 4 weeks in the shop. That little money is not enough
I wonder, after truck is paid off, do they give you all the Escrow money they been collecting for yrs
Or
Keep collecting for in case you break down, money is available .
If they keep collecting Escrow after its paid off, can one pull some money out of the account for anything they need
Example: vacation, down-payment for car/boat/RV , home repair, ect
Just saying.
I know a company that collects a small Escrow money every week which helps reduce your taxes and sounds like a good idea to have money ready for break down or pull money out for any reason
Well, I have orientation with them on Monday company is the place to be
Leasing a truck from a big carrier is a scam always have been always will be build your credit save up money for your down payment then go buy the truck you want cheaper truck payments and you'll be in a better position
I made 140k, they took 110k, no control over the truck your PAYING for, idle timers and govs are trash, still gotta pay taxes on less than minimum wage, everything but pay has increased no shock there, I rarely take home time can’t afford it 😂, work my ass off….. only ones benefiting are the owner/ceos, corporate and management, those bonuses get paid regardless, good ones :/, lucky if we are even considered for a decent one in the year, theirs wont be missed, I feel straight up cheated, theft by deception, so it feels. The harder I work the more they take
Shit when u r in a lease purchase the main goal is to own that truck right so what am I missing here they r all a lie
Man they talking about what the truck look like and not the money🤣 I'll drive with tin can if it's going to get me paid
hurtchaback treat wild beard good i see…
What what do they pay the lease operator
Why would you pay to be a company driver? You have no control on where you go what you haul where to fuel what shops to use. You can't take the truck if you want to contact with a different carrier. You have no say on what the truck is equipped with you have no control on how fast you get can run you have no say on what is put on the side of the TRUCK. News flash you are a company driver that's paying the job
You have on your hand levy
I’m extremely impressed you knew that. It’s actually Levi. That’s my sons name.
My man that’s right!!! Wild beard with that energy these drivers are going to be running to hirschbach.. they better have that energy to be able to stay out months at a time to bring that money bag home!! I leased on to Wilson logistics 2 years ago and I was out 1-2 months at a time and just like you said the only way to make money in trucking is to be out away from family. Harsh reality but I tell you what when that money hits the bank even the wife is excited she can’t wait until you get home but the stress that is relived at home when you have a big family but your the only one working and the wife can stay home and raise the kids without worrying about money!! Priceless!! Keep rolling baby!!!
It’s just a standard plastic freightliner nothing special
By the stock market with your extra money. VLO, BRK-B, RUN, LL, AA, MMC, DMAC, ORCL etc… Then when Trump takes Over watch it boom.
You can’t say man or bro, that shit is offensive!! You need to use non binary words!!😂😂
How many times are you going to say man or bro? I never knew dudes could be basic b's. Everything you say is a cliché
Hey bro, I got a couple of things I'd like to talk with ole girl about.... what's that number?
Thought u quit this is the worst company
Really hyping it up but its bullshit
Not very good or informative.
