আমরা যারা বাংলাদেশ থেকে আমেরিকাতে ক্যারিয়ার করতে আগ্রহী , তাদের দেশের বাইরে ক্যারিয়ার করার আগে সবার আগে তথ্য উপাত্ত সংগ্রহ করেই মাঠে নামা উচিত। সব পরীক্ষা একবারে পাশ করলে তো সফল্য আসবেই আশা রাখছি কিন্তু ফেইল করলে কি হবে সেটাও মাথায় রাখতে হবে। এটা নিয়েই কথা বলেছি

I want to know more about observation or subinternship. And costs...if they would pay me for that...can we earn that cilinical rotation time from the hospital ?
And suppose,, any married couple, one complete USMLE 1 & 2...and she is in clinical rotation,,but spouse has not complete USMLE any part or he is non medical... Can spouse come to USA,cost and process..??

আপু আমাদের সাথে একটু শেয়ার করবেন প্লিজ যে B2 ভিসায় গিয়ে রেসিডেন্সি হওয়ার আগ পর্যন্ত ভিসা স্ট্যাটাস কিভাবে মেইনটেইন করে? অনেককেই দেখেছি বছরের পর বছর থাকতে যেখানে নিয়ম সর্বোচ্চ ৬ মাস পর্যন্ত থাকতে পারার।

Apu in another video you've suggested Kaplan videos, But I found em hard to understand bcz of their English accent, I have been watching Dr Najib sir, Marrow videos, Doc tutorials and prepladder videos, They have Indian English accent so they are easy for me to understand, Apu plz suggest should I go now for Kaplan and BB or not? And also apu I've another question I am a 4th year student, I've got motivated by your videos and I want to appear on Usmle at the end of this year or asap, but only 6 months left in 2023, is this 6 months enough for preparing for step 1?
I am so glad that you are trying hard.
I have heard good reviews on Dr Najib's videos but I have not personally watched those, my friends did. So not a bad idea. DO not know about other videos you mentioned. If after watching those videos you feel like your concept has improved to the level you want it to be , it should not be a problem. But what you might consider thinking in future, you need to be comfortable with American accent. Because you will not be an engineer or a data analyst , who works on back end; you will be an doctor , a frontliner and you must be able to communicate with your patients very effectively otherwise you will not be hired as a doctor. So may be in future you can work on that.
And after preparing for 6 months take NBME and mock tests , if you score well , then go for the exam , do not risk it if you do not score well on NBMEs because 1 fail attempt can ruin your dream

USMLE জার্নিটা অনেক কঠিন আর ব্যয়বহুল কিন্তু পুরস্কার টা বিশাল..
আমি মানসিকভাবে প্রস্তুত,শুধু একটাই সংকোচ MBBS পাশের ৩ বছর পর যদি শুরু করি আরো ২/৩ বছর পরিশ্রমের পর স্কোর ভাল হবার পরেও বুড়ো বয়সে পাস করেছি বলে আমার মুল্যায়ন কি হবে..?
আমার আফসোস আমি স্টুডেন্ট অবস্থায় USMLE কে আমেরিকার পোস্ট গ্রাজুয়েশন ডিগ্রি জানতাম.
এর বাইরে একটা ইনফরমেশন জানার সুযোগ হয় নি..
এম.বি.বি.এস পাসের ৩ বছর পর এসে আপনার ভিডিওগুলো দেখে স্বপ্ন দেখা শুরু করেছি..
আমার প্রশ্ন হচ্ছে আমি যদি নেক্সট ২ বছর সময়ে USMLE সবগুলো স্টেপ কমপ্লিট করি আর স্টেপ ২ তে ২৪০+ স্কোর করতে পারি তাহলে এম.বি.বি.এস এর ৫ বছর পর রেসিডেন্ট হিসেবে চাকরি পাওয়া কি সম্ভব হবে..?
যদিও অনেক টাকা নেই,কিন্তু সবগুলো স্টেপ কমপ্লিট করার মত টাকা রিসেন্ট জব থেকে ম্যনেজ করা যাবে ইনশাআল্লাহ ..
আর ভিসা,প্লেনের টিকিট এইসবের টাকা বাবার থেকে পাওয়া জমি বেচলে সহজেই ম্যনেজ হবে...
সবগুলো স্টেপ ভালভাবে কমপ্লিট করতে পারলে বাকিটা আল্লাহই ম্যনেজ করে দিবে..
বাবাও নিশ্চয়ই জমির মায়া আর করবে না

middle east is a great option if you want to , they even pay higher than USA .
Going back to Bangladesh I am not quiet sure ; the way we are trained it is a little hard to practice evidence based medicine in Bangladesh ; and also the work life balance I have here it may not be possible to get in Bangladesh ; but completely depends on you

the state I work I do not face racism or discrimination much , I have friends wearing hijab and working, I did not hear them complaining either.
