Luckily I have a calm mind. I am witty and curious. I'm in an "awake state" and easily can meditate. But today a strange thing happened to me as I woke. My mind was raising. I was in adrenaline mode. Almost like..... before giving birth to my children... nesting effect. Meditation did not work. Then I thought: maybe because i caught up on sleep, from not sleeping in 2 days? I am 45, and I have a strange feeling of awakening. Like "hurry up and DO IT NOW" mode. At the same time I know things that I can't explain in my personal corner of the world. Blessings. It is night now and this sound is really helping me relax. Thank you.

Where has this been all my life? My soul feels like it's been starved and neglected for far too long.
Been stuck in some big ruts the past year. Gotta shake them loose and move forward. It's so scary sometimes for me to leave the warmth of the shell but I'm feeling like i need to shed the old skin, to start anew.
This music is bringing me out of the darkness of my soul and into the light of a new day. Honestly it's refreshing to say this out loud.
