I followed your build planner you have linked in this video. But in the build planner you have flame ward as an upgraded skill and in this video you are using flame rush? So what do i use? Flame rush as in the gameplay or flame ward? If flame rush can you update the build planner? Thanks
flame ward is proc'd with frost wall so need to put on your bar to use. you still need to upgrade the skill though. and you use flame rush for the extra movement ability in the open slot. and he does have flame rush on his bar in the planner.
so right now I'm running with all bottom left nodes on with frostclaw so mana consumption is really high therefore i need this belt with 16potions and also with new experimental affix on it, this way i don't run of mana.

Just wondering does dual julra means you get 8 sec of triple stat buff? Or still counts as 4 sec
no still 4secs, but stats from 2rings all gets tripled so its alot of int(2 t7).
