Love that you tried to recruit someone for the book club irl! lololol! And Y'ALL this current Taylor Eras Tour era is making me feel old as well - since I'm only a year younger than Taylor I have always felt like her songs were very relevant to me when they were coming out (Speak Now will forever hold my heart). So I am constantly AMAZED at the young age of everyone I see going to multiple tours, the crowds at the movies, etc... I'm right there with you feeling old! But I love that Taylor is constantly gaining so many new fans
Definitely watch sharp objects! It’s soooo good. It’s basically the same as the book but the cinematography, the vibes, the scenes, the soundtrack, oh my god it’s so great!
I hope you read ready player one! It's such a good book. Definitely read it before you watch it they change a lot of stuff. Would be interesting to see what you guys think about the difference in book and movie.
Glad you two had a great week mine was boring but I am probably am going to the eras movie next week with my mom and that will be fun also have read Cemetery boys last year and it was amazing one of my favorite ya’s that I have read you need to read this month
18:17 MOOD The Serpent and the Wings of Night is sooo good, I take back what I said in the beginning. So excited to read more, but it is too big and I am only over 200 pages. Seriously have to take another book to read side by side. So glad you both enjoyed the movie, the game and the reading… love you both❤❤❤ 21:45 THATS SUCH AN AMAZING TRANSITION😭♥️😩
"I cannot read another 3 star book" this is my life motto. if it feels 3 stars, I just DNF it. lol. im sure its fine, im sure its good, im sure its great, but it aint it for ME. lol! I better feel like WOAH! THIS IS IT! YES! or its a NO, lol. I got WAY too many books to get thru to be wasting time on OKAY books, lol
ready player one... I feel it's best for people who grew up in the 80s, but I can see people with a vague understanding of the 80s enjoying it also. the movie is pretty different than the book. it does a good job of being visually appealing, even if it unnecessarily changes some stuff, lol
Yes, I went to the Eras Tour movie but it was very awkward because only me and my little sister were singing and we went to the XD theater showing of the Eras Tour movie, and it was so good! I really loved it, we went on the 14th of October! When did you go? And also, I reread the Harry Potter book series and annotated the 4th Harry Potter book over this weekend! ~Priya
sharp objects. it seems to be most peoples fav book of hers, but... it wasn't as thrilling to me as gone girl the movie (which I have yet to read because I want to wait till its not so clear in my head from the film still) the end of sharp objects was interesting and good, but not like OMG WHAT with the twist. and the whole cutting thing almost felt like it wasn't necessary and cutting was just getting known more in like pop culture I guess, so she threw it in? I dunno, it felt weird every time we went back to it to me...?
The Kind Worth Killing was FANTASTIC Loved The Whisper Network... Any female empowering story I'm all for 👊🏽 Always LOVE Kristin Hannah... The Four Winds was no different Sharp Objects is my FAVORITE Gillian Flynn book(The show IS good, but not better than book 🤷🏻♂) Loving The Naturals... Currently half-way thru
The Girl on the Train book was so good. The movie was just, meh. Ready Player One is so good. I need to go see the movie concert. I'm loving the friendship bracelet idea. Highly recommend the Sharp Objects series. They did a great job with the adaptation.
they both die at the end... I wanted to love that so much. the whole idea is so interesting! but the actual choices made in their day just weren't interesting to me? but the end was so good.
What did you guys do this weekend? Did you see the Eras Tour movie?🍿🎬

You were talking about Paula Hawkins. I love her books. She has a third one you didn't mention called A Slow Fire Burning which was really good

Bunch of young kids at the movies bc they couldn't go to the concert with their moms & her friends 😂😂 I'm also taking my young people.
