@JakdVids have you been to Kanto yet? If you do, get all the gym badges, go to Pokemon Indigo Plateau (Pokemon Leage Four but they getting stronger and you have to defeat them.) Go to Mr. Pokemon's house and he may give you red or blue orb. Groundon or Kyogre may appeared in Embedded Tower.

Well, you can clone in pokemon emerald, then you just send your pokemon up to soulsilver or heart gold holding the master balls :)
