This video shows the whole process of making the colorful 3D Silicone heat-transfer labels with our Equipment. This technology is gonna be the new trend of clothes labels. Take the opportunity and be the pioneer of this technology in your country!
Here is the process:
1. Dispensing the colored pattern parts with 12 -color automatic dispensing machine ( • Automatic liquid silic... );
2. Baking colored pattern with the Oven;
3. Filling the base materials;
4. Overlay adhesive film on the top of the base material;
5. Vacuum & vulcanization shaping with the Silicone Label Forming Machine;
6. Remove the unnecessary adhesive film and put the transfer film on the mold;
7. Colling and take the labels out of the mold;
8. Use the position film to paste the labels from the transfer film;
9. Heat-press the 3D silicone heat-transfer label on the garments with the normal heat-transfer machine ( • Proceso de transferenc... );
10. Quick check if the labels on the fabric are okay or not.
If it's only one-color silicone label, you may not have to do the step 1 and 2, and save the money for the 2 machines (automatic 12-color dispensing machine and the oven), or, you can just do it manually.
