Well done once again sir! I love how your videos go more in depth on the whole process. Failure is part of growth and its important to learn from our missteps!
Thank you, Justin! I try to share something different for each video but it does seem like those timelapse 'no-talk' videos are doing better? Not sure if I am going down the right path
Don't say that! It's a grind, right? What I've learnt is to sculpt a different portrait every week because you'll learn faster when observing different features compared to getting stuck with one and getting demoralized. It also really depends on what you ultimately want to do. For me, I only needed the sculpts to be good enough for printing, so my main focus is always the likeness and the major shapes, and I won't be bothered with fibermesh, texturing, mapping, etc. I guess it's about picking your own battles, if you spread yourself too thin trying to learn everything in the pipeline, then you will get burnt out easily.
Hahaha nothing wrong with that. When you try new things you will discover what you truly like. But I do see many focusing on the wrong things like doing high detailed renders before getting the likeness right, so in the end the portrait is still not good. I would take it one step at a time, be decent at one thing before moving on to the another. Then again, that's my way of learning. Some people may learn faster when doing different things all at one go so, you gotta find your own style of learning I guess.
So, not having a license is what stops you from selling, I understand that. So.... how about trades? ;D Trade you one Hot Toys for a head sculpt, etc. XD
LOL I mean yeah, it's also because I will get bored painting the same head over and over. And there is the issue of recasting, so... can't sell unpainted ones either. Idk, it's all the logistics and stuff that I can't be bothered with 🤷♂️
@@zedabyu I understand. That sucks though, because man, you've got the best heads on the market, and everyone should have a chance at an unmorphed head to go with their 1/6th scale figs. It's honestly ridiculous they don't include them.

@3:23 comedic gold 😂😂🤣
Thanks for noticing LOL
What app do you use to layout the reference photos in 0:44?
It is called PureRef.
@@zedabyu Thank you!!
Hey can I use the same sculpt??
I didn't have a lot of money growing up so you best believe I guarded my knock off power rangers figures with my life
Do you have any videos on how to cast????1
Casting is literally just stirring 2 parts of the liquid and pouring the mixture into the mold. I don't think you need a video to know how to do it.

Hmmm, you could at least give away or sell the STL files. I guess that would not fall under the copyright.
Pls do my jotaro model i beg
