Me too!! Music can sometimes distract me even if it has no words, but since I don’t know a lot of Japanese hearing a quiet chatter in the background that I can’t quite understand really helps me to focus. I also want to travel to Japan someday so it makes me really happy to hear this and feel like I’m studying there :))

When I was still living in Osaka, I used to visit a nearby Saizeriya to study on summer days since using aircon throughout the day would kill my bank account. My order will always be the same, their ridiculously thin crusted pizza and free flow soda drink bar. Then I would try to find a corner seat and just stay there for hours doing god knows what instead of studying. This video brings me right back to those days. Thank you.
Love this but wish it didn’t have the ads during it. UA-cam should make exceptions to this kind of video so it runs without interruptions. They can just have them before and after. I love listening to the sounds of a cafe in Japan, feels like I’m there but the ads break it up.

This conveys the feeling, even although it’s momentarily, of me being there - thank you for this! If possible, don’t know if you are up for that. But walk through the city? Grocery shopping? Japanese haircut? Eating at a izakaya? Would love it :)
