I wait for your videos, then savor them when they arrive! I even hoard like a favorite card stock! I had to wait for the perfect time to watch when everyone had gone to bed. Your process is fascinating to watch; your projects always delightful; your lessons easily shared, not so easily learned! Thank you so much for sharing what you do - a true pleasure. Julie
What a sweet thing to say Julie, thank you! Just jump in and give it a go, you really can't make big mistakes doing this, you can always cover with more Gesso and spray again if the color doesn't suit you. I know you'll rock this if you just give it a try! :)
This is possibly, by far, the most BEAUTIFUL canvas, work of art, mixed media, etc.... that I have ever come across on youtube!! This is AMAZING!! You are truly gifted, and wow...I'm speechless!! Thank you SO MUCH for sharing this with us all!! Blessings, Candi~
120.00 quid is about $190.00 US, the chipboard is probably about $50.00 worth, the flowers were odds and ends I've collected over the years....the paints can be used again and again on numerous projects...and I make my own texture paste from inexpensive household products to keep the cost down. You can keep the cost down even further by using a couple of the key pieces like the window, and perhaps use more found objects, dollar store finds etc.
Mrs. Gabrielle, you are by far, one of my All time favorites to watch, your creations are nothing short of amazing and truly beautiful. There has been at least 3 times, that I'd be watching you create something, and I'd be like, now, that doesn't look very good, not going to be one of your great ones and 3 times, you have proved me wrong. Don't know, if I like that all that much, but I do know this, you are a pleasure and an inspiration to watch. Thank you so much, for sharing your amazing gift with us.
Gracious... Miss Gabrielle each visit that I've had with you thru UA-cam has taken me on a walk in the park opportunity... well...not just any park and actually... not even a walk ... more of a soulful rhythmic stroll through winding esplanades and immaculate prominades providing sunshine and shade... where mint julips are perfectly served over shaved frozen rose water in goblets of pewter with pillowy warm beignets dusted with a powder of sugar... Even a rocking chair for memories to share... Your ability to consistently provide us with powerful imagery... inspiration and creativity, in my opinion, is truly a gift from God... and you've obviously mastered His gift to you... undeniably. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to enjoy it...I look forward to being a fan for years to come...
Wow people have a lot of comments but what they don't really realize is you have talent and lots of it. Do they realize how hard it is to just come up with the ideas you have. It's not easy and it is a gift most don't have. So the music is the same who cares it's the art that really matters just listen to the art people.......
I so agree. Gabrielle, I love watching you. Thank you so very much for sharing your talent with all of us. I appreciate you taking your time to demonstrate what can be. Heidi is correct: you are a truly gifted, talented artist.
your projects are breathtaking Thank you for allowing someone that is so new in the craft to have a chance to try her hand at something so amazingly beautiful, but of course will not come close to the magic you create. Thank you again
This is my first look at your art. I am awe-struck! What a great talent you have! Everything I have seen is absolutely beautiful!!! Thank you so much for sharing your talent with us!!!!
you know, I just love your tutorials! I love what you create, your work blows me away. I really like this style of tutorial, speeded up but still able to watch with interest, you dont fumble about looking for stuff, its well thought out and planned. I also like this way of text saying what is being used, its so helpful especially for people not in USA who dont have access and knowledge of specific brands. I just love watch you and get so inspired to try. Thank You!!
This one might be my favorite ... I love to watch your videos and add them to my favorites.. after I watch them twice ... sometimes I miss things ...then it is as if every thing is "brand new" thanks for sharing.
WOW! This piece of art is absolutely beautiful! The attention to detail is amazing and your talent shines!!! Thanks so much for taking us along while you create!! :)

I am so inspired, I have never tried this Art before. After watching this and many other Talented Artist, I can't wait until I get the things I need to get started. TFS
Gabrielle this is just so beautiful. All the details and the colors are just breath taking. I'm so in love with this canvas. Fabulous!! Your Amazing! TFS
I just found your video's a few days ago and haven't been able to stop watching them. I even ran to Michael's and got some canvas that was on sale. also I bought a gelato kit which was not on sale but I had a 40% off coupon so that helped me a lot. my problem now is I don't really know where to begin because I'm so limited on supplies, mainly stencils and chip board dies. I know they have a lot of them at the hobby stores but they can become expensive. so ill just continue binge watching your videos because I love how you do everything and everyone of your pieces come out absolutely beautiful!! you are truly fortunate to have all that stuff to work with. I'm happy I found you and keep your videos coming Gabrielle because I will continue watching. thank you so very much, sharon
One of the things that i do to cut down on the price is to use my die cutting machine and stack die cuts out of cardstock until its about the thickness of a chipboard piece. I stack (for example) about 5 pieces of an ivy trail, glued together with glue. It really helps and i cant tell the difference. also, i get the inexpensive colors of paints in the small bottles in walmart. I get small bushes of flowers in the dollar store or craft store that i just like the shape of and paint them with a brush or i water down the more inexpensive paint and use that. i hope this helps you. I have also started really looking at saving some cereal boxes and packing that comes in boxes when i order things. its amazing what i have come up with. i hope this helps you. I get alot of ideas from other crafters that re use everyday items. Have fun and craft on! hugs, treen
Beautiful and very inspirational. Your are a true artist. I wish I could create a canvas like this, must try with the textures I have in my stash. Love watching you create. Just beautiful. Thank you for sharing, looking forward to more of your artwork.
