What they tell is no where near how w powerful its camera and IR sensors are. They can watch a person smoking a cigarette at 40,000 thru clouds and a dust storm
I am curious how they operator from such a far distance and how they receive the videos without much latency.
Do they also use Tenserflow to detect targets between non-targets?
Encoder, Sattelite Transmission, Decoder... easy if you have a bunch of communication satellites like the military...
I’ve been told rpa operators can easily transfer into the private sector but what exactly would you do in the private sector? Like what would an average airline need an mq-9 pilot for?
Drones are used a lot in agriculture and research so I guess that's the primary outlet. LE uses drones a lot but they are a lot less professional setups. Alternatively the skillset could transfer over as a helicopter coordinator for LE.

Best to just accept it, realize that there is nothing anybody can do that will change it, and stop worrying, because there is literally nothing you can do about it. Can't beat em, join em'. When out of Carrier battle group or out of command center, in the forest for example, like a spotter with the sniper, can the drone operator wear Virtual tech helmet with backpack energy source pilot operating those expensive techy large drones while prone hiding in grass fields?

If it was mass produced like automobiles are, then there's the possibility of piloting several thousand at a time from banks and banks of remote control consoles by thousands of trained operators (like in season 4 episode 2, "The Other Side", of Stargate SG-1).

The wireless network is under the control of the military, but if the IP address has been traced, how does the control center behave?
AFAIK there isn't a IP address. The network the drones and other wireless devices used by the military operate on a completely separate set of frequencies than civilian products. The most likely issue is jamming, sabotage, and in a total warfare situation then direction finding and just launching indirect fire or missiles at that location.

What a shame to spend all the time and money on the X-47B, with successful testing of it's capabilities and not to be used as intended. Hopefully they will use it in some useful capacity.
I'm not sure, but I think they stuck the remote control aspect of it (or derived tech) into the new B-21 Raider making it able to fly remotely without onboard pilots.
I wanted the film to delve deeper into the psychological issues as well as the technical aspects of the killer drones.

The Iranians have shot down a couple of them, there’s no proof they hijacked them.
There is actually a lot of software to hijack these drones. The primary issue is knowing if the drone is within range and having a transmitter powerful enough to reach it. But these drones are regularly exploited which is why manned aircraft have not been replaced.
@@azarellediaz4892 they did. I saw a technical articles on how they do it but I dont really get it.
In a nutshell the drones goes according to Gps corodinate and the Iranians spoof the GPS Signals within close range of the drones to another predetermined coordinates , therefore the drones goes to the spoofed Gps coordinates.

This video is so off base. Cost more to fly than a fighter jet? Not even close. These UAV are more reliable than any other aircraft in USAF fleet, cost far less to maintain and per hour operation is a fraction of a F18 much less a F34 or F22.
