Simple solution if yes: Operators should be able to pick up just the gun with the remaining ammo in the mag :)
They should allow weapon pickup for Striker/Sentry

There’s should be a scavenger operator for that who can use any gadget from a dead operator
I like this or even maybe unused utility. Would have to be an attacker because a defender with flash bangs or even an AR is wild. But an attacker with c4, impacts, possibly barb or bp camera would be interesting

The caveat us the gadget must have charge and only able to use once, If it's picking up a weapon only able to use the ammo remaining in the weapon
I like core ross' idea that he made a while back where the op can scan defender gadgets that are currently in the round and 3d print them

Short Answer: Its good that this feature never leave the Alpha
When you can pick the weapon from everyone, people would start with Teamkilling just for the weapons.
When you can only pick the weapons from the Enemy, Attacker will probadly never use it but Defender.. oh boi 3 Speed Defender with LMGs or AR (with ACQG of course) will be wild

would be interesting if we had an attacking operator that could do that, obviously their primary gadget would have to be balanced around this. Like imagine if their only Primary Weapons are a DMR and a Buckshot Shotgun (unlike Dokkaebi with a Slug Shotgun) so the strength of the character comes from the ability to grab Full Automatic weapons from Defenders, but generally the Defender's weapons aren't that OP so an Attacker with an MPX isn't that strong but could be really interesting.
You don't understand what that would do to the game image two people fighting over picking anyone and you get tk then they pick up your gun
It can be nice but not as a feature, but as ability for a new operator... since they have no more ideas.

Hell no, 90% of Ash ACOG mains run in and die within the first 10 seconds of the round, I don't need to be going up against an Azami main sitting behind a fortress of ice with Ash's gun.

I think that this should be in casual. This would be counterproductive in Ranked unless the gun gets nerfed if a defender picks it up. The damage difference will make the game severely defender sided

i think it should of been an ability but instead of the gun it's the operator's gadget but as 1 use and can be done 3 times (at least i was hopping for the recruits to have this but still)
