The speakers discuss exit in a trade for two types of people - regular traders, and long-time investors. Each type of person in the market has to set apart a defined strategy to exit their trade in the most efficient way, and this is what is being shown in the video.
There are two types of exits possible for a trade - the profit exit and the stop-loss exit. In this video, the speakers talk about the ratio of both these exits for a trader, depending on the trader's objectives in the market and the limits to the losses which they are ready to endure when they set out to trade in the market. This video will specifically focus on the investor's perspective, not only on the exit on trade but on the entry of a trade as well.

Another important question that we will answer with this video is, as an investor, how do we decide which stock to put our money in. What happens once we do exit the trade in a stock? The speakers will also discuss how to decide to re-enter a trade once we have exited. Good insight of Stockedge features!! May be I missed or couldn’t grasp the objective of the video “ how to exit the stock” in the whole lecture. Thus, request you to correct me if I’m wrong, did you mean the stock which is trading close to 52 week provides good opportunity, but after attending 52 weeks if there is fall in the price, as an investor we should exit from that stock after fall of 15 % from 52 weeks or the new high? For instance, in case of reliance suppose from its 52 weeks, If reliance fall below approx. 1372 , is it an exit alarm??

Beautiful explanation.. but I have question. If you enter near 52 w high doesn't mean that it can go up and up. It may fall from it . Talking from my personal experience.

Im watching this video in 2021 dec exactly 2 years after it was uploaded . Since then Covid 19 has happended and later markets crashed then 2 wave and then markets Boomed like never before . My experience (**Very little as compared to the author of this video) has been that , avoid catching a falling knife as well as not to try to board a running bus , none the less , markets in these 2 years have shown each of us to be humble and disciplined.
