Hoover 612, one of the nicest cleaners Hoover manufactured. I still have one in first class condition. A much nicer machine than the 638 which replaced it. The 638 had the same body, agitator and motor but the hood was a different shape (not as nice as the 612) and the different bag was fitted with paper-bags, the first senior to have them. I have the full workshop manual if you need any repair info.
Hope someone breaks one for spares really... Or look into led lights, could stick them to the inside of the lens cover and wire them off the original bulb holder wires (just get 240v happy led's!)
