We definitely know that Minyami is the more otaku one out of the two. Personally, I feel like while Rieri does play FGO (and a lot at that), she does not play as much as Minyami.
From translator's perspective, Rierie gashing out about Shota is much easier than Minyami rattling on with full blown linguistic debuff. I dare you to translate her Valentine report :-p (I ain't)
