Something that worked for me was resetting the system, there should be a really tiny button by the disc slot you can use a pen or paper clip, hold it for 5 seconds and it should reset, hope this helps

He did that in the video, I too have the same problem except my phone will automatically connect so as long as I don’t touch any other buttons Bluetooth will play audio

hey buddy,
actually you have to open the head unit from car for this case.
after opening the stereo there will be board at the back of display and bluetooth is there in that board just replace it with working board or just change the bluetooth module if you can then it will be working perfect.😊

If you're trying to pair it with your phone for calls, don't use the setup key, use the phone key on the car, then press your scan on bluetooth, the default passcode is 0000. I kept trying to go into the setup and bluetooth there and that wasn't happening. As soon as I used the phone button , had no trouble pairing it.
