Brian Steel asked about Woody pleading the 5th in the morning. After the first session of court he came to the podium and presented the chain of events and asked for a mistral. Weinstein taking the case to the Supreme Court was strategical, because Glanville continuously denied motions but wouldn't provide the certificate so that they could get it to another judge, so they let the Supreme Court mandate it. In the 80 page response the Supreme Court sited laws of why Glanville recusal hearing is warranted and said if the Superior Court doesn't follow through that they can then bring it back to them. Belinda Edwards is pretty much cornered because the Supreme Court outlined the case law that has to used to make her decision. I really think she will recuse on that alone and not office politics.
