This is amazing. I have two teenage girls, and due to some medical issues I was discovered to have, getting pregnant again was a long and extremely difficult process. Multiple miscarriages and years in between with infertility. With the help of IVF and medications I’m now expecting baby #3, and #1 for my husband. I wanted a boy since this is the last time I’ll be able to do this, being a girl mum for 18 years I wanted to experience raising a boy too. And he’s a boy! Can’t wait to meet him 💙

Thanks everyone! So nice to see positive responses. On another channel on a clip of a gender scan I told my fertility story and I was absolutely destroyed by the responses. So many people accusing me of being a misogynist, hating my daughters, telling me my daughters will hate me for favouring my son, which would never happen. And many more awful insinuations. I notice far less people take issues with boy mums wanting a girl, but if a girl mum wants a boy many will for some reason make her out to be a monster. It’s very sad to see. So glad that’s not happening here 💜

I saw kind of a same type of video with a mom having a lot of girls and the couple finally had a boy instead of this comment section filled with "oh shes gonna have so much protection or she will be loved a lot" that comment section was filled with "the poor girls didnt deserve this" or they said the parents made the girls feel like they werent enough so they had to have a boy etc thats so double standards hate that being a girl myself and its like this everywhere but that aside this was wholesome
