The game is great, except for the updates to the glitch system. Nintendo use to put cheat codes all the time in games, I remember mashing button codes and I even have books full of codes they published back in the day. HOW I CHOOSE TO PLAY MY GAME SHOULD BE UP TO ME!!
Make sure to press both buttons (Y+B) at the exact same time, and to give yourself enough height with the paraglider. If it doesn’t work, it’s mostly because the buttons weren’t pressed correctly. Also, if you’re trying to dupe more than 5 items at a time, it can be trickier to do in succession. Once you get the hang of it, you can duplicate very quickly
While you have your paraglider out, press + to open your menu, select up to 5 items to hold then press Y and B at the exact same time. Your menu will close and the items will drop on the ground. If it didn’t work for you, you may not be pressing both buttons at the exact same time!
Nintendo just updated the game last night with a patch (Ver. 1.1.2) that removes the glitches. However: if you don’t update, the glitches will still work with Ver. 1.1.0 & 1.1.1
There’s so many duplication glitches now, I think it’s very likely these get patched soon. So enjoy them while you can lol (or you can shut auto-updates off in the Switch settings)
@@MazzoraGames Hi, Mazz, I accidentally updated and lost the dupe glitches. If I uninstall and reinstall from the SD card, would the glitches still be there from the original SD card? I know this will delete all game progress and I’ll have to start from scratch, but I’m not too worried about that. I just dig those dupe glitches! Thanks!
I believe deleting/uninstalling the game and reinstalling *should* wipe things clean, and you’ll be asked to update again..BUT I’m not 100% sure. I would say if you *really* want the glitches back, and are willing to delete your game for them, it’s worth the try. Otherwise, I’d suggest waiting it out because there will always be more glitches found!

Yes unfortunately! However, if you didn’t update and your game is still on version 1.1 or 1.1.1 it will work

No, once you update you can’t go back to an earlier version
