The Consistency Target is to prevent traders from throwing max contracts at the market open and getting lucky with the direction. We want good, consistent traders, not gamblers. It is only in the testing phase (the Combine) and by following it you can pass in 4 days. It goes away in Funded.
@@TopstepOfficial as you did not listen when many traders told you about the 2 steps, will be the same. Your explanation does not make sense for me because even in the scenario you described a gambler will blow out the funded account. Remember, your completion only have one step for a reason.
