@@CuddleBuddiesChannel Well sadly my biggest friend Fie went to frolic in the great pastures above, so i get no great Dane love ATM, well unless i am in front of a mirror and assume a unfortunate character trait. CUZ i am big and i am Danish 🙂 Fortunately i have lots of friends with 4 legs as they all seem to love me.
It's amazing how dogs like Lilly can leave such a lasting impression with their sweet and protective nature. They have a unique way of touching our hearts and becoming cherished companions.💜

Have 3 Great Danes myself and they are so loving, affectionate and always wanting cuddles with me and my wife. They don't understand that they are 120 lbs each, as all they want is to climb into our laps and cuddle/sleep the day away. The only time they get energetic is when we mention either going for a car ride or saying dinner time.🤣

Didn't hurt that we never discouraged cuddling or letting them sit in our laps if they wanted to. Great Danes typically tend to be a low to moderate energy breed of dogs, that are very easy to train. Especially if using positive reinforcement training techniques.

I highly disagree with the out of character comment. That is in character for a dog. Dogs are a pack animal. They are highly tuned to other members of the pack and will do whatever they need. Most dogs look to their human constantly for cues as to what they should be doing or if the human needs something. Very typical dog behavior. Wolves interestingly do not give a fig about humans. Even tamer wolves raised around humans do not recognize humans as an integral member of the pack the way dogs do.
I love Great Danes, but I just can't deal with their short life span. That's true for all dogs to some extent, but Danes' 6-8 years is so painfully short.
Thanks for the story. Cancer is avoidable, especially in pets. The dysfunction in dna replication (and subsequent abnormal cell growth) is the result of exposure to toxins. The mass produced pet food containing dyes, chemicals, and gm ingredients is nearly always the root cause. His lymphoma shows a toxic load of which the dog's system can no longer handle. Making your own pet food doesn't have to be time-consuming and is well worth the investment.
I agree about home cooked food being best for them. Brewster (in the video) is actually my dog and he has only been fed home cooked organic and naturally healthy foods since birth like all of our previous Danes. No pesticides, no GMO’s, etc. No mass produced dog food, as you pointed out. Yet even though we are doing EXACTLY what you recommend, he still contracted lymphoma though he’s eaten exactly as you prescribed. If you have cancer all figured out, how come you are the only person that knows about it? And how come you haven’t solved this issue for the world?? And why is it that cancer still runs rampant in parts of the world that do not have access to any processed foods, where people only eat naturally produced foods??
