SP-5 Adhesive Dispenser

The SP5 utilizes a cylinder metering pump with a single-acting stroke. As the pump pulls down, it grabs material from the pail, extrudes it through the pump, and dispenses it through the hose. Each SP5 includes 15 feet of hose and an extension wand. The end features a shut-off valve for convenient starting and stopping of the material flow, with volume control regulated by the regulator.
Additionally, the SP5 is equipped with a blow-off function. At the end of the pail, opening the valve releases air, popping the pail off for easier removal. Just like all our machines, the check valves are external to the pumps, making them easily accessible with two crescent wrenches. This machine also includes a feature where, upon turning it off, certain functions are triggered.
